Guys final decision on WC and Pepe has been as useful as ever. A. KDB + Wood (bench either Wood or Sarr) B. Aguero + McArthy (bench and play Sarr) Had Kev from week 1 which makes the decision trickier. Help! » Read

You know the Tyson quote about plans and being punched in the mouth? That's how I'm feeling about mine. Feel City is a lottery no matter what but Mahrez and Aguero seem like they have the potential for the biggest hauls. I've had Kev from week 1 but all good things... » Read

After Arteta's comments - I don't think he'll be ready for West Ham or thrown in away at City: "I don't know [when he will be ready to play]. He's done two or three complete sessions now. He's feeling more and more confident now with contact around him and hopefully he will join in the squad soon." » Read

Wildcarded and going with 4 doublers, and 9 who play in 31 in order to get out 11 with 2 FT's. Looking at stats and the amount of chances/crosses West Ham have shipped on their right-hand side - makes Auba and Saka dead certs for me. As for City, punting on Mahrez as he looked great in last game. Then it's either KDB (with Wood) or Aguero (with McArthy) » Read

I'm currently thinking 1 - business end of the season now so need to play aggressively to climb rankings. Can always get him back (for a higher price of course) when schedule/injury status clears » Read

How's this wildcard attempt? (assuming KDB is passed fit) 352 most weeks - 343 with Sarr benched this week Pope TAA - James - Saiss - Taylor - Cathcart Salah - KDB - Mahrez - Pepe - Sarr Auba - Jota - Nketiah » Read

Right then. Pretty sure I'm going for a 'semi-Jarvis' strategy 🙂 How's she looking? 433 for the first time ever which feels strange. Would like Pepe but can't see a way short of downgrading Aguero, and I don't fancy a Jota/Jimmi double. Foster TAA - Gomez - Doherty - James ( Taylor ) Salah - Mahrez - Saka ( Sarr - Hayden ) Auba - Aguero - Jota » Read

Which combo is preferable for the foreseeable? Have Jota A. Gomez + Jimenez (343) B. Robertson + Doherty (442) Leaning towards B despite it making my team look less sexy on paper » Read

There was a great article in The Athletic about the system a few weeks back. Essentially it becomes a 2 - 3 - 5 in attack. LB joins attack and RB tucks in to join the DM pair. At the time, Ozil and Laca were dropping deeper to collect balls in to feet, whereas Kola/Auba/Pepe were making the runs in behind. System tweaked a bit now with Bellerin back and Laca in and out of team but basic principles still apply to LB and Auba at the moment. » Read

Saka is playing LB, but in Artetas system the LB is VERY attacking to provide width and overlap Auba on inside left. Kola and Saka have both played there recently and both been pushed high. Remains to be seen how Tierney fits in and plays the role when fit. » Read

On a WC. Given that KDB is likely to sit out 1 for the double, followed by Burnely just before Madrid (then a blank) am considering losing him. A. KDB + Auba or B. Pepe + Aguero A seems the no brainer but now I'm not so sure » Read

You look pretty well set up. Would keep hold of Foster for sure, plays in 31 and not worth a transfer out. I'd wait until deadline of course, but Richa > Mahrez could be a nice punt. With that money in the bank, I'd consider Pepe too. » Read

More wildcard tinkering... 4 doublers 9 playing the blanks (2 transfers gets me 11 without any hits in 31) 1 random for fun (going for Reece James) Pope TAA - Gomez - Saiss - James - Taylor Salah - KDB - Mahrez - Saka - Sarr Auba - Jimenez - Jota Any glaring holes? » Read
