I broke two personal FPL rules to get him for GW5:1. No sideways moves: Zinch to Ota to raise 0.1 2. Don't sell an OOP in-form midfielder: Martial to KDBAdd a -4 to this and that's how essential I consider him to be » Read

Please detach yourself from last season's pointsEuropa is clearly affecting Wolves. Bournemouth's attack isn't the flat track bully of last season. Both have clear cheaper options who've clicked with their teams this season and have good fixturesWhen Wolves find their feet again (or drop out of Europa), their assets will most likely return to what we knew them for last season. Wilson is still Bournemouth's talisman and will come good when Bournemouth impresses again... But you're betting on two hopeful situations and also convincing yourself that the following will ALL become Mitrovic-like: Haller, Pukki, Barnes, Abraham. Heck, you could push funds a bit with your other moves and get Vardy if you refuse to trust these guys » Read

My early transfers this season:GW2: Robbo (7.0) + Locadia (5.5) => Zinch (5.5) + Pukki (6.5) GW3: Montoya (4.5) + Perez (6.5) + Wilson (8.0) => Kelly (4.0) + Mount (6.0) + Barnes (6.5) GW4: Trossard (6.0) + Gallagher (4.5) => Cantwell (4.6) + Haller (7.4) GW5: Martial (7.6) + Zinch (5.5) => KDB (9.7) + Otamendi (5.4)GW5's moves have been my riskiest as I essentially lost an OOP striker + a sideways move to raise 0.1m + possible international break injuries, but I'm done being without KDB. TV at 102.5m. 0.0 ITB. WC intact. 75k ORMy point here is that someone at some point in the season will get injured after you transfer him early, but that's the more unlikely of events as most players... Ya know... Stay fit. The net gain from early moves early in the season far outweighs the -4 to fix an unexpected injury. Yes, it would hurt your ego and take an unwanted hit to fix, but that's really all there is to it. For me this season, the luxury of waiting for press conferences and taking… » Read

Managed minutes as the reason for KDB over Sterling?KDB has already been subbed off early by Pep this season, showing that Pep is open to managing his minutes. KDB played 90 mins for Belgium a night before Sterling plays for England. Pep has a plethora of options at CAM/CM, while Sterling is the only recognized fit LW. Someone would have to play OOP (Jesus, Mahrez, Bilva, KDB?) for Sterling to be benched or subbed off... And Pep doesn't usually play people OOP just for the sake of rotation, but only when necessaryI'm not knocking KDB as a captaincy pick. Just the managed minutes logic » Read

Other options you have for that transfer: 1. Barnes or Haller this GW 2. Save and get Pukki next GW or Abraham in the next two GWsThere's no need to spend extra on Wilson. At all » Read

I haven't seen Bilva or Mahrez play on the left wing. Has that happened?Might have to be Jesus... Which means Pep would just play Sterling » Read

They've only kept one 😀BPS is quite the lottery in a Leicester vs Wolves match with a 0:0 score. Way too many defensive assets in FPL vying for the bonuses with clean sheets. So I'd say there isn't enough dataNo CS last season when he played » Read

Feels like my team locks me out of Vardy (and Soy?) GW9:Pope (Woodman) TAA, Digne, Ota (Lund, Kelly) Salah, Sterling, KDB, Mount (Cantwell - would play him sometimes though) Barnes, Pukki, Haller0.0m ITB. Took -20 in total to get here from my GW1 team. 75k rank (I keep blanking captains, ffs). GW5's -4 hit should be the last. Swallowed the pill and finally got KDB, so I'm done squad-buildingSeems the only route to Vardy involves selling Haller + KDB/Pukki/Barnes/TAA/Digne/Mount... Ya know, two great players and then 0.5 to bump Kelly up to Soy and get a flexible 4-4-2 vs 3-5-2 vs 4-5-1 depending on fixtures (if I sell two strikers and Kelly)I consider Vardy a captaincy option and Soy criminally underpriced for those defensive stats so far. But it would literally take a few injuries to make the switch easier to swallow... Which I certainly do not hope forQuestion is, what makes you change from a team which had been giving you points to a team which might offer more points d… » Read

  19. Wolves rotation set to be an issue as defences struggle at Goodison Park 14 days, 16 hours ago

Yup! Took some bravery to go ahead of the curve with hits and save the FT. Found myself at a relatively high OR I didn't expect with those hits. Would ride the price swings and sell any derailed bandwagon for a profit 🙂Any plans for KWP? I'd suggest a Burnley defender (Pieters or Lowton) with those fixtures. They seem to be the only team still focused on defence so far. If you're against the double-up (I assume you have Pope), Mings ain't a bad shoutEnjoy the break as well » Read
