Aleks Kolarov is a legend around these parts. Two seasons ago I backed the Serbian to shine, only to be left eggy faced as he City man huffed and puffed without impact. Now he’s back and this time it’s personal.

Having crashed the party with a 20-point haul in his last Etihad encounter, Kolarov is being lined up for a start this weekend and even Granville’s taking notice. Having ridiculed my affections for the player and gloried in his failings, the Mancunian has got himself a crush and he’s struggling to fight it off.

This week’s ScoutCast features a lot of Kolarlove, along with the supporting cast of regulars as Granville steals a mini-league march and starts to sound cocky.

      Your midfield is awesome. Your defense is poor. Your strikers are solid. Wouldn't want a Stoke striker myself, but the fixtures are great and Crouch has been good so far.

      Got the same dilemma, except swapping A. Cole for Wilson and Pienaar for Bale. I think it's a good move. Stoke have good fixtures and defensively Chelsea haven't been great recently

    If Demel is injured, would you play Nelsen or Davies or use a transfer to get Demel out. I feel reluctant to do this as I still believe he is the best value sub 4.5M defender.

        Cheers lads. I suppose after hanging on to Snoddy for this long I may as well keep him in for the next few weeks. 🙂 My only fear though is that without Ba or Ben Arfa, I could maybe be missing out on a lot of Newcastles attacking points over their nice run of games?
