Saturday Dugout Discussion – Gameweek 9

A chilly Saturday afternoon greets the start of Gameweek nine, as twelve Premier League sides do battle once more. The Dugout Discussion opens it’s doors, in time for the early kick-off at Villa Park between Aston Villa and Norwich City. The team news is in, and is as follows…

Villa XI: Guzan, Lowton, Vlaar, Bennett, El Ahmadi, Delph, Herd, Albrighton, Holman, Agbonlahor, Benteke.
Norwich XI: Ruddy, R. Martin, Bassong, Turner, Garrido, Johnson, Tettey, E. Bennett, Pilkington, Hoolahan, Holt.

Paul Lambert makes three changes to his team, as he seeks victory over his former employers. Christian Benteke, Marc Albrighton and Chris Herd come in, with Darren Bent, Stephen Ireland and Nathan Baker making way.

After his sides impressive victory over Arsenal last week, Chris Hughton names the same starting eleven that earned those three points.

We’ve then got dose of four 3p.m. games, before the Champions see us out this evening against Swansea. The Dugout Discussion chatroom is open and can be accessed right here.

I would like to apologize to whoever I advised to get Hughes over Baird. It's not like playing as a center defensive midfielder is going to lead to that many attacking points I said. I'd rather have the guy who's certain to start. *Forehead slap.*

I am not having any luck whatsoever this season, every week a disastrous transfer...
this weeks failure: Marc Wilson
Knew Stoke would keep a cleanie so needed a stoke defender on a budget. Wilson's previous 8 games he manages a full 90 minutes so seemed like a great move.... 52 minutes in he gets injured, just 8 mins from an extra 5 points. I could cry.
I have a suggestion for FFS, would you like me to inform you of my intended transfers each week so that everyone knows who not to bring in?
