I'd suggest getting City defensive cover and get rid of Barfa. He doesn´t represent value at that price. Berbatov could be worthy also.

Chelsea players are highest scoring in both defenders and midfielders sections and ou have no chelsea cover so I think you should start thinking how to get players into your team. Don't rate Walters so I think money could definitely spent money there IMO, but just MO.

Mata has been damaging recently so unless you can find a differential that will score at the same rate, worth putting in just to stop others scoring with him against you and look to score elsewhere.
