Alan Pardew reveals Demba Ba’s shin injury “looks fine” ahead of Sunday’s clash with former club West Ham. Nani is ruled out for the next 10 days for United, while Jonny Evans remains a doubt for tomorrow’s trip to Villa Park.

Roberto Di Matteo has confirmed John Terry is in a “good position” to be involved for Sunday’s game with Liverpool, though the clash is “probably too soon” for Ashley Cole.

David Platt took over press conference duties for City today and revealed David Silva, Joleon Lescott and Maicon are “all available for selection at this moment in time” ahead of Spurs’ visit on Sunday.

James Collins and James Tomkins face fitness tests for the Hammers, though Guy Demel will return to the squad, according to Sam Allardyce.

      I'm keeping Demel for now as I don;t really have any other injuries and want to save the FT, but Demel to Gorkss isn't a bad move.

        Apart from STK next week I wouldnt want to play Demel for the next 10 weeks anyway. He has no attacking threat and Gorkss has a DGW

          Nice one lads, i've decided to do the Demel --> Gorkss move... Like hutton said I wouldn't play Demel for at least 10 weeks with those fixtures, Gorkss is cheap + decent fixtures + Double gameweek.

          I know west ham have been decent definsivly and qpr have been crap but with the cheap players you've got to play the fixtures imo...

      Ferdinand isn't as nailed on as he has been previous seasons especially with jonny Evans playing well and smelling and jones back in contention soon ! Gallas however is a waste of space also Britton ! Maybe downgrade galas to say Cameron or wilkinson and then upgrade Britton to lallana/Ramirez

    I just figured out that I don't have a clue who to captain this week. I had Cazorla as a captain for the whole week, but now I feel like I might risk a 4 pointer. 🙁

    I have Baines, Rafael, Cazorla, Hazard, Ben Arfa, Bale, Fletcher, Suarez and Berbatov. Those are the players that have the most potential to bring in some points. Who do you consider as the safest bet?
