1) Silva won't rise this week as much as Fellaini, so looks better to have Fellaini in now and get Silva in next week.
2) If I get Silva, I might not be able to get Fellaini in for Michu, might miss out by .1 next week.

I might consider Ba to Berb in your place, but keeping your transfer would be a good move too.

Selling Jussi on my WC was my worst decision this year.
Although I would never have played him against City or Newcastle away so I can rest easy. It's the price rise that is killing me...I banked the .1m at the time but could have waited and had .2m extra.
