With Liverpool facing a blank Gameweek this time round, sales of Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge are picking up pace. The Uruguayan has so far seen over 73,000 owners part company, while Sturridge has been moved on by 38,000+, despite a strong set of fixtures to follow. Indeed, with an upcoming schedule that pits Brendan Rodgers’ side against four of the current bottom six in their next six fixtures from Gameweek 28 onwards (wig, TOT, sou, avl, WHM, rea), we analyse the performances of the pair since Sturridge’s arrival from Chelsea last month:
OMD DID I JUST SEE A CROSS BY BARCA.

Open Controlsbow to Montolivio - he's has been outstanding for milan.

Disappointing display by Galatasaray. They will struggle to go through now...
(Same for Barca, yeah yeah)Open ControlsNeutrals love seeing Barca beat. Barca fans get suicidal.
Open Controlsi love barcelona, as a neutral, but i still like to see them beat once in a while. football has to be about different styles
Open Controls
Milan, Inter, Chelsea all with similar tactics against Barca proving successful.
Open ControlsYet we tried something else AND LOST... TWICE 🙄
Open ControlsHad we played the same game as we played against Real, it would have been different. They don't look as quick in the pass and their intensity has dropped a bit in the CL. A well organised defence can make it difficult or them.
Open Controlsthis is my point, we tried to hit them early in the first 10 mins in 2009. This failed. What did we do, try the same thing again 2 years later.
Open Controls
Damn swapped out 3 points for Messi....only kidding-no brainer.
At least it softens the blow of having Ibra as capt....Open ControlsWell played by Milan. They deserved the win. though 1-0 would have been more fair, blatant handball.
And where on earth was Messi I must ask.Open ControlsBarca needs to learn how to play direct football when they are losing.
All they know how to do is possess the ball for hours, resulting in 0 chances.
Without Messi putting the team on his back Barca are equal to all the rest of the teams remaining in CL, as seen today (Messi missing)Open Controlsyou need to learn to stop being so critical of the most sucsesful club in the world over the last few years just because they lost a game

Messi who...?

Well I told ya to stick with Vidal as captain. I know I did. Looks I was minority. That could mean going up in the rankings. Happy days (fantasy wise )Open ControlsCongratulations. I still stand by my decision to switch 3 times, quite bad luck really with Reus, Martinez and Messi- no-one foresaw Messi's worst performance for quite some time.
Open ControlsWell I thought like you before. And last summer on the Euro fantasy game there was huge debate and the lads sticking won it. I don't remember all the arguments but they were right. There was a lot of maths included.
Cheers,Open Controls

Here is the proofOpen Controlsi see my team
Open Controls
Barcelona need to learn that when a team try and shut them down they have to switch tactics. Further proof that they only have 1 style of playing and can be beaten.
Open Controls+1. Read what i posted above.

It all comes down to this: you cannot, simply cannot, win the Champions League without a coach. Wishing Tito a speedy recovery.Open ControlsWow. You ruined it with your last sentence. Tito would have SURELY made a difference 🙄
Open ControlsYes, teams perform equally well with OR without a coach...
Open Controls
While I do hope Tito recovers quickly I honestly think that his staff and his world class players should have been able to spot that they were being shut out. It was pretty clear.
Open ControlsHonestly? These two-legged UCL ties are so much about tactics and strategy. Having a world class staff of assistant coaches and physios isn't going to win you games. Look at the coaches of teams that have won the last 10 UCL's...
Open ControlsYeah Robbie Di Matteo was world class...
Open ControlsNah I don't believe that to be honest Pep. Barca have been playing the exact same football they always play, in fact they look the exact same playing as when Guardiola was there. While Tito surely would have been able to see them being shut out it was clear all the players and the staff could see it too. The real issue is that Barcelona struggle in adapting to a team that aim to actively shut them down. They have no Plan B and that severely hinders them.
Open Controlsim afraid i couldnt agree with pep more here.
i actualy think to argue otherwise is absurd.
lets all just not bother with coaches shall we?Open ControlsNot claiming that however, lets use a few examples. How about when Chelsea employed the same shut down tactics? Barcelona had a manager, still didn't change playing style. Against Celtic, same story. So I think the presence of Tito would have been very minimal from a tactical perspective as Barcelona do not change their system of play.
Open Controls
Against Chelsea you got behind them time after time. Tonight you barely created anything.
Open ControlsIndeed. And we missed a penalty. We had our chances. No shots on goal tonight, I believe. Very flat.
Open Controlsi would;nt say barca where embarrassed tonight but its pretty close.
