This is correct. Doubt they will change it now. Like with previous cases, the Dubious goals panel will review it and change it to a Bale OG, which will be too late to affect FPL. Which is wrong, but that's how it goes
They still can up until the GW has closed. But it's never happened before with goals, only assists have been corrected like this in the past.

Those who are (considering) targetting Sess, is it because he looks like he will score well over the next 2, purely due to a lack of alternatives, or because of nostalgia from the Sunderland DGW this year and last year's points?
For me it's a mixture of the first 2, except it's mainly his fixtures I like rather than his form. Considering Wally > Sess to field 11.
The alternative is to sell RVP for Suarez, probably for one week unless United stay in the CL.
I've no love for sess , I'm looking at Fella/mata > Sissiko .
Put simply you know you've missed the boat on Suarez so wait till after Madrid - it will all be clearer then TM.

Just wondered if the sudden love for Sess was just people wanting to field 11 or more.
This - people are turning over stones to identify any potential decent sources of points in what looks a lamish gw IMO.
Selling Wally for Sess seems silly as I will only need to spend a transfer getting him back for the good fixtures and DGW.
That extra transfer could be used to get an extra DGWer which would probably yield more points.
It's hard to know where the cut-off point is for targeting a player for 1 GW. At what point should you consider just keeping the transfer? Sess isn't that bad though - his goal threat isn't that dissimilar to Sissoko, who EVERYONE is targeting.
As you say I don't want to regret bringing in 1 player for a punt when I don't really see him in there long term , luckily I have 10 anyways ,
Onouha is becoming a problem but for me just using mty Ft Fella > Sissoko should cover the bases this week bearing in mind that there will be quite a few -4/-8 hits knocking about your off to a decent start already.

Funnily enough, I was strongly considering keeping Suarez and fielding 10 in GW27. I did Suarez > Lambert (11, 2) so I guess I can't complain.

It may come as a surprise to you that a defender has been the top scoring player of the week more times than a striker this season...
In the 28 weeks so far, here's the breakdown... Defender x8, Midfielder x14, Forward x6
So the day has come.
The day where a pair of strikers with a low percentage of ownership go head to head in a battle for the most goals til the death.
This is the day we (no-one) has been looking forward to for so long.
But at least I'm excited. 🙂

Yes, I'm currently in Newcastle and Sissoko is kneeling down to tie his shoelaces while Cabaye is standing upright in the background behind him where my eye-line is directed. Hence I am looking at Cabaye over Sissoko.
Resounding 'no' so far.
Suppose Cabaye *could* outscore Sissoko but it's probably not worth the risk since everyone is getting the latter.

I feel pretty certain the City game goes through, its so obvious considering they have a week with nothing. and they would love to be one game ahead of United to keep up the pressure a bit.
