  1. Hello guys. Still trying to figure out how to use 2 FT's.

With one FT (Gerrard -> Nasri) my team would look like this:

    Mannone
    Distin, Azpilicueta, Ward
    Nasri, Lallana, Yaya, Hazard/Puncheon
    Suarez, Sturridge, Lukaku

Would you save the other FT with this team? Dont have enough money in the bank to bring Aguero in for Sturridge.

    1. Given you have two FTs, could look at downgrading Gerrard further to fund Aguero in for Sturridge?

Otherwise, I guess maybe upgrade one of the DFs you aren't playing.

      1. I have now 0.3 ITB. So I could do Gerrard -> Mirallas and Sturridge -> Aguero. I was also planning to bring in Aguero and Nasri in for Gerrard and Sturridge and downgrade Demel to Chambers to fund this..

    2. AJ.

Why not Gerrard to Silva and Sturridge to Dzeko? How much do you have in the bank if you make these 2 moves?

      1. You getting Kun?

        lol

        1. AJ.

          Not sure about Kun...too pricey
          lol

          1. Nolan/Sturr->Punchyourface/Kun for -4?

            Worth it?

Everyone in my ML will have Dzeko, so not much to gain there. Or just Sturr->Dzeko for free and use money left over for Lukaku upgrade.

Whichever I get between Dzeko/Kun will have to be there until the end.

            1. If kun, then the Luk upgrade will be in GW 36.

              Rooney/Kun/Suarez

              1. AJ.

Getting Rooney myself too for Lukaku in gw35/36 but Aguero will tough to fit in

                1. Yeah, unless I make some money on Eriksen to finance it

            2. AJ.

Nolan and Sturridge to Puncheon and Kun looks a vey good move! I'm getting Puncheon as well but can't afford Kun without taking a hit. It all depends on what Pellegrini says about Kun in his presser and any hint of him starting then I will get him otherwise I am going for Dzeko but long Aguero will do better than Dzeko ofcourse so do it yea

              1. Cool thanks. Mine will also be a -4, but my season is over so I'm just trying to be different to the rest in my ML.

The Dzeko owners in my league have been laughing all the way to the FPL bank in recent weeks. T late to do anything about that though.

                1. AJ.

                  Eriksen lol

      2. Do you think Silva would be better choice than Nasri? Gerrard -> Silva and Sturridge to Dzeko would leave me with 3.1 ITB.

    3. How about out of form Sturridge to Dzeko? He's probably getting minutes in both matches with Pellegrini wary of a fragile Aguero and would free up money to go Gerrard -> Silva instead of Nasri

    4. great team, save

would look to ship Distin soon though, and make sure you have a back up for Manonne for gw35, although he'll probably still make about 16 saves

      1. Cheers. I also feel Gerrard -> Nasri would be enough for this dgw. Not sure about Aguero or Dzeko.

        1. Aguero would be preferable . Could looks at Gerrard to Eriksen and Sturridge to Kun?

          1. That sounds also tempting. I could go Mirallas over Eriksen as another dgw player but I think Eriksen will score more until the end of season so that would be better move long term.

  2. a) Aguero + Stones

    b) Dzeko + Coleman/Baines

    Let the voting begin...

    1. B) Dzeko + Coleman/Baines hands down.

      1. Thanks :D

        1 vote for Dzeko.

      1. 1 vote each...

    2. I got all of them :D

  3. Good to go this week?

    Mannone
    Coleman, Azpilicueta, Dann
    Eriksen, Ramsey, Silva, Yaya
    Aguero, Lukaku(C), Suarez

    subs: Adrian, Gerrard, Flanagan, Chester.

    No FT, 1.8 ITB

  4. Lallana or Lambert vs Cardiff?

How will saints play change with JRod out?

    1. I think they'll lose his pace in behind, not quite as threatening...

      lallana...hes just amazing

    2. Lambert.

    3. I got Lambert over Lallana but that was because I needed to ship Bony more than I needed to ship Hazard..

..Still considering getting in Lallana for Hazard to make it -4 though.

Interested to hear what people think about Southampton vs Cardiff vs DGW players like Puncheon.

      1. I'm not going all out DGW'ers. One of my 2 FT will be one of these two.

        1. Who are you leaning towards? Lambert or Lallana?

          Who would you be selling?

          1. Lambert. selling Sturridge.

  5. Has there been any news on the possible Clichy injury? Obviously We'd all love him to miss the dgw. Kolarov in for free would be a no brainer.

    1. Actually Clichy would.

      1. why? if both fit they would share minutes, and of the 2 Kol is the most attacking

    2. No idea but if Clichy was out for the next few weeks it would be Lolarov in for the season!

  6. Morning all

No transfers made but I find myself with Cech and Mannone as my two keepers. Which to play over the DGW - Cech away to Swansea or Mannone at home to Everton and then away to Man Citeh.

My heart says play Mannone as he has two chances but my head says Cech will outscore him in just the one match.

What are other peoples thoughts on this one?

    1. cech, although chelsea havnt kept an away clean sheet since gw24 vs man city

    2. Mannone got 2 points yesterday despite a 5-1 defeat. Over the course of two games, it is very likely he will outscore the max Cech would get with a clean sheet. At the very least it's a small gamble worth taking.

      1. 2 x 2 = 4
        1 x 6 = 6

Not sure about your maths there sonnyjim.

        1. I don't expect a 5-1 loss to Everton.

      2. Lol.. still 50:50 but I am leaning more towards Mannone... I'm thinking even if he concedes a pot load like yesterday he might still rack up the save points...

I should be hitting the DGW with 8 DGW players so it's worth the gamble

        1. How many DGW players are people hitting GW34 with then?

  7. Morning!

Would you prefer Puncheon or Ledley for DGW punt?

      1. cheers, guaranteed starter you reckon?

        1. Would you bench him after that performance?

    1. puncheon considering they are the same price + he has more threat

    2. Puncheon > Ledley.

Had a look at Ledley, and Puncheon looks so so much better

  8. Cech
    Terry *Baines *Ward (*Bardsley, Chester)
    *Toure *Nasri Lalana *Puncheon (Britton)
    Sturidge Suarez *Lukaku

    no spare cash 2FT

    a) Dzeko for Sturidge
    b) Dzeko for Sturidge + Coleman for Bardsley + bench Ward

Chasing a 19 point lead in minileague, both 1st and 2nd already have Dzeko and Coleman

    thanks

  9. Do you think Eriksen can outscore AJ even with 2 games short?

    1. AJ this week, Eriksen thereafter

    1. That links to a post, not the article.

  11. Start Azi(Che) or Bardsley(Sun), OR transfer in Puncheon for Januzaj(-4)? Taken a hit already.

    Currently on:

    Speroni

    Baines, Stones, Ward, Azipilicueta

    Gerrard, Hazard, Silva

    Lukaku(C) Aguero Dzeko

    Bench: Bardsley, Mannone, Mata, Januzaj

  12. Would it be wise to bench hazard or eirksen and play either barkley or punch?

  13. New Post
  14. How many DGW players are people hitting GW34 with then? What's a decent number?

  15. Punch, Eriksen, Lallana or Everton mid????

    1. Everton midfield is a rotation nightmare at the moment...

After last night I'd say Eriksen. Spurs have some decent fixtures to the end of the season and everything goes through him. Puncheon has the DGW advantage but lacks consistency. Lallana is class and has Cardiff at home next so I'd say Lallana then to Eriksen the week after
