Ward vs Azpi for the first sub is a toss-up.
I got rid of Lallana for a few reasons. First, playing against Baines & Coleman is shooting yourself in the foot somewhat (I have Baines & Coleman, too). But more importantly, Southampton have looked rather toothless and have lacked urgency. I can't see him getting anything against Everton.
