Fantasy iTeam Returns to the Scout

With the domestic action on a brief hiatus due to the upcoming internationals, we thought we’d give you an early heads-up on one of the Fantasy games already available for this season’s Champions League. Having supported Fantasy iTeam during the summer World Cup, we’re delighted to announce we’ll be teaming up once again ahead of the competition’s kick-off on Tuesday September 16.

Fantasy iTeam is a free Fantasy football app that’s available on a number of mobile devices, including iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android. With many of you accessing this site and other apps on your mobile or tablets, Fantasy iTeam proved popular amongst the community during Brazil 2014, with a slick and reliable user interface making it a welcome addition to our Fantasy games of choice.

Free to download and play, you can already go in and start drafting up your starting XI with unlimited transfers right up until 10 minutes before the first kick-off. With an iPad mini on offer to the Fantasy Football Scout league winner, there’s no reason not to get involved.

We’ve already set up an official Fantasy Football Scout league for you to join – the league name is Fantasy Football Scout and the pin is 11155.

Furthermore, there are a number of prizes on offer for Fantasy managers. The winner of this season’s Fantasy iTeam game earns a VIP European Match Day Experience for two, whilst second and third spot collect £500 and £250 worth of Amazon vouchers respectively. There’s also a Manager of the Gamreround prize on offer, too – essentially, the Fantasy iTeam that accrues the most points for each individual Champions League Gameround wins a Red Letter Days Experience worth £150.

The Fantasy iTeam game also uses fluctuating player prices based on the transfer market, making it a wise idea to follow the current trends – the team with the highest value by the end of the tournament wins another £500 Amazon voucher.

If you’re looking to dabble in the Champions League this year and have a compatible device, then there’s really no reason not to click here for the official website and download the app.

We’ll continue our coverage of the Fantasy iTeam Champions League game over the next week or so. Next up, we’ll cast an eye over the rules before delving deep into the player price list for potential bargains.

Playing around with my team abit. Although i don't think i need to but how is this for a wildcard team?
    ()= Sold

    Krul(DDG) Guzan (Myhill)

    Moreno(Vlaar), Colloccini, Shawcross, Taylor, Duff(Bruce)

    Fabregas, Lamela, Siggy, Ramsey, Sterling(Mata)

    Rooney, Costa, Naismith

5 transfers in total, is it necessary?

I feel it will give me better balance, otherwise I'm thinking Mata and Vlaar to Sterling and Clyne for a hit this week.

Better balance?? What do you mean better balance?
Your not fielding this team against Real Madrid next wknd with Ronaldo, Rodriguez and Bale to worry about 🙂

      No
Changing 2 keepers 2 defenders and one mid is a complete waste of a WC, it means you're 2 transfers away from happy with your first 11!
Step away from the keyboard and wait until the internationals are finished and look at it again.
Mata out looks good but I'd look at getting Rooney out too. Crap form in a crap team and unlikely to play up front with RVP and Falcao around....

Looking at Rooney as well. Giving him a week. How about Mata and Vlaar to Sterling and Clyne then?

good. Best fit striker Arsenal have now.
Despite the obvious need for improvement in his finishing he still got 24 goals in 100 odd appearances (most as a sub)
His link up play is very good and he'll get hatfulls of chances.
As long as he's starting he's a snip at 6.9

He's playing on the right and behind the striker atm, but mainly on the right side.

Wow! Impressive. Had him from the start and have tentatively considered dropping. No longer

My finger is on the "make transfers" button.

    Rooney, Eriksen, Henderson OUT
    Falcao, Sterling, Powell IN

I cant afford a price rise so have to do it now.
