Arsenal have Champions League game after Burnley, a positive point to get Alexis...

So if I get Foster in to rotate with Heaton my only bad fixture until the end of the season should I choose to hold my WC would be Pool at home.

One of Hazard or Sanchez certainly the sexy pick this week but I don't see the same long term benefit.

Sexy picks sometime define your season.

Hazard/Sanchez could definitely be last week's Aguero/Tadic, and those kind of hauls undermine long-term benefits at times.

Arsenal just played Sunderland. Why do people expect Burnley to be a better fixture?

And those kind of hauls are pretty impossible to predict. Sunderland looked in decent form two GWs ago. Seems all too fishy really.

Thing is most of my money is locked in the front 3, and wasn't really complaining until all the costa debacle.

Quite comfortable with 2 mid price defender and 3 cheapos to rotate each week. I know Bego hasnt performed all that well either.

A little team help here would be nice.

The bunch I have here right now is.

    Begovic, Hamer,
Moreno, Clyne, van Aanholt, Coloccini, Hutton,
*di Maria, Sterling, *Sigurdsson, Tadic, Davis,
    Aguero, Costa, Welbeck.

    2 FT, 0.1 ITB.

In spite of what people/stats might have to say, I'll Sterling, Welbeck and (fit) Costa for another week atleast. QPR, Newcastle and Burnley are the opponents, after all.

And Tadic, as well. I have reaped his rewards once already, and I think there is more to come.

That leaves me with ADM and Sigurdsson. I'm reluctant to get Sanchez, as I very well think he may get a rest.

So, what do you think about these.

    A. ADM ➡ Hazard, and Sigurdsson ➡ Chadli/Barkley ?
    B. Moreno ➡ Baines, and Sigurdsson ➡ Diame ?
    C. Maybe some boring transfer to change a keeper/PVA?

    Some suggestions please. 😉

I haven't owned Di Maria yet this season, but I wouldn't really want to sell him if I'd gotten him at 9.5. Unlike Sanchez, he's unlikely to ever be rested if fit, and while 2 out of the next 3 are tough, 3, out of the next 5 are juicy. I guess I like B the best, although I've only seen highlights of Diame. Dunno how much threat he actually has. You could just swap Moreno to Chambers or something and keep 2 freebies.

Assuming you are going to ride it out with Costa still? Have to sacrifice either him or Aguero to afford Sanchez, or you have to drop one for Welbz. You could do Pelle > Welbz but goes against form and fixtures.

    Got 6.9m available total.

Thinking Barkley or Mane. Don't know why people feel Barkley isn't nailed on.. Think he only got rested because he's just come back from injury and played midweek.

1 bad fixture in the next six. You held him this long why dump now that Swansea are starting to play well (unless injured).

If you switch the ticker to attacking, you have 1 red, 1 pink, 4 blue in the next six, so I don't think it's just me unconcerned with the fixtures.

Well he is young and just coming back from injury and there will be other midweek games. I think Barkley could be a canny buy, but he does carry an element of risk. I prefer Mane.

        Yeah, that's true.

The bigger worry for me is that I generally feel like young players don't get fantasy returns. Feel like it takes them a couple of seasons to get the required consistency.

Yeah, my only worry is that younger players take a while to get into actual fantasy points.

Even last season he only had like 6 goals and 4 assists.

Worried that Siggy has more in him than Barkley in terms of actual goals/assists.

Hey Guys please help me to sort this out :

    Krul Gilks
    Baines Clyne Naylor Wisdom Duff
    ADM Fabregas Sterling Tadic Siggurdsson
    Aguero Pelle Ulloa

    1 FT 0.1 ITB

Sanchez turns out to be very big hitter with kind fixtures. Also see Hazard due to explode really soon.
Sterling form is unconvincing, ADM has tough fixtures ahead, Ulloa turns out my worst transfer this season.

    What to do?
    a. ADM to Hazard
    b. ADM and Ulloa to Sanchez and Naismith
    c. Downgrade Sterling and Upgrade ADM to Sanchez. Question is to who?
    d. Simply Ulloa to Sakho? or Etoo?

God I have so many options. Please give me enlightenment will ya?

    Thanksss.

I'd be a little wary of selling ADM. 2/3 fixtures are bad, but 3/5 are also very good. And Manchester City and Arsenal haven't exactly looked like fortresses so far this season. Ulloa to Sakho looks good to me if his shoulder is okay.

a = too sideways and you already have Fabregas
b = not the time to be getting in Naismith with Barkley back and E'too now playing.
c = not sure Sanchez is an upgrade to ADM
d = Sakho may be out for a month, Etoo is just no.

If Siggy is out, downgrade to Boyd/Jedinak to free up cash to upgrade Ulloa next week,

    Krulliot

    Chambers-Clyne-Terry (Moore-Wisdom)

    Sanchez-Sterling-Tadic-Siggy (Albrighton)

    Aguero-Pelle-Welbeck

1 FT, 3.4 in the bank. I'm agonizingly .1 off Siggy to Hazard. Take a hit to raise the funds or "settle" for Cesc? If the hit, any suggestions of where to do it? Seems dumb to sell Terry with QPR at home.

You never need to use one. Saving a transfer for tiebreaking purposes is a viable option. Welbeck is easy enough to bring in with a single FT. Sanchez is the only other worth thinking about now.

Must admit i am a little surprised at the level of selling to rush Sanchez in., especially as it involves selling players that are not injured, and have performed relatively well thus far.

Expect it from the casuals , but not so many deadzoners

Only by using fallacious logic and attempting to argue that industry is the critical factor. Even then you ignore game time - the abilty to make use of the industry, You ignore pace and talent - the abilty to turn that industry into reward.

But most importantly, you're arguing for Milner. That's just damn embarassing.

It's really not. My point is made. Every winger/attacker in the league chases down defenders/keepers like that every week. And a very few, more like none of them get rewarded most weeks.

                      It was a bloody fluke.

How often do you see Juan Mata pressuring CBs? In this game you want mids who are pressing high (and also have loads of talent) and are in forward positions so they can benefit from chances. Many goals are flukes. That's the nature of the game. A Di Maria scuffed pass that goes into the net counts just as much as a Yaya free kick blast. But you want talented players who are doing things to give themselves opportunities.

Any word on Cisse and if he's fit to play in the coming weeks? Obviously, Sakho looking like the better option but he already has 5 in 5 and it's unlikely he'll get 9 in 9 or whatever. Much rather punt on Cisse for the next 4 fixtures.

    What to do? 1 FT

    Foster/4.0
    Baines/Cahill/Clyne/Duff/Dummett
    ADM/Sterling/Downing/Siggy/Marney
    Aguero/Costa/Pelle

    A. Siggy ----> Chadli (I can sell Siggy for 6.4)
    B. Sterling & Cahill -> Sanchez & Chambers (-4)
    C. Save

Since I have 0.0 ITB if Siggy drops 0.1 I won't be able to do A.
    Cheers.
