After last weekend was disrupted by the FA Cup Fourth Round fixtures, the league action returns as Hull entertain Newcastle at the KC Stadium. Both sides approach this one in poor form, having lost four of their last six league matches, though Steve Bruce will be buoyed by his side’s last home match, which produced a 2-0 win over Everton.
Despite losing each of the last two, Newcastle’s John Carver has been handed the manager’s position until the end of the season.
