Mondogoal GW26 – Exclusive FFS “Everybody Wins” League

We’re delighted to reveal that, for this weekend, our partners Mondogoal have set up an exclusive Gameweek 26 contest specifically for the Fantasy Football Scout community.

The contest is only £1 to enter and everyone who enters will win a prize – a minimum of £2. This is a no-lose contest – you can double your money simply by taking part and the overall winner will gain entry to Mondogoal’s £30,000 World Championship tournament, with a chance to win the £10,000 top prize on the final day of the season.

Second place will claim £10, with third picking up £5 and the remaining 250 participants will all fetch £2.

Furthermore, anyone who makes their first deposit will get a 200% bonus that will be released as 4% cash back on every game they play on Mondogoal until the bonus runs out.

This is a great opportunity to give Mondogoal a spin and possibly put yourself in the hat for the biggest Weekly Fantasy Football prize pot.

Click here to get involved and join the “FFS No Lose Contest”.

FF Scout Gameweek 26 Picks

We’re backing Everton to keep out Leicester at Goodison on Sunday afternoon after the home side made major improvements at the back. With a single goal conceded in their last four, Seamus Coleman and John Stones are drafted in, then, whilst Hull’s Allan McGregor will be confident of keeping QPR at bay. Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic also earns his place for the plum home encounter against Burnley.

In midfield, Eden Hazard’s price tag is too rich for our liking, so we’ve gone with team-mate Oscar for the Clarets clash. David Silva affords us City coverage as Newcastle pay visit to the Etihad, whilst Marouane Fellaini’s impact against Preston in the cup may well earn him a start as United roll up to Swansea. Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen earns our final spot in the centre of the park as West Ham roll up to White Hart Lane.

Up top, we’ve opted for a trio of kindly-priced options. We’re backing Tim Sherwood’s arrival at Villa Park to spark a turnaround in Christian Benteke’s fortune – starting this weekend at home to injury-hit Stoke. Hull’s Dame N’Doye welcomes QPR to the KC on the back of a goal and assist in his first league start, whilst West Brom’s Brown Ideye is on the lookout for a third successive league goal as Tony Pulis takes his team to Sunderland.

Of course, our lineup is subject to change. We’ll be exploiting tomorrow’s six kick-offs at 3pm to possibly tinker further, depending on the team sheets.

Get you lineup together and in the hat to take us on. You’ll find the FFS squad in both the £2 and £10 contests, whilst we’ve also got an entry in the £5 contest offering a £1000 prize pot. Head on over to Mondogoal to get involved now.

    Hi guys, which 2 of these 3 would you start this week?

    Sterling (SOU A) , Clyne (LIV H) , Bellerin (CRY A)

    OK, now we only have Spurs/QPR DGW in 28 I'd like to chat about which 3 Spurs. I'm not bothered about QPR with their 2 tough away fixtures.

    Europa League - Round of 32
    Fiorentina v Tottenham Thu 26 Feb 18:00
    League Cup
    Chelsea v Tottenham Sun 1 Mar 16:00
    Premier League
    Tottenham v Swansea Wed 4 Mar 19:45
    Premier League
    QPR v Tottenham Sat 7 Mar 15:00

    The last two fixtures there are the DGW. But they are at the end of a sequence of 4 games in 9 days and there could be a EL QF the following Thursday too.

    I think Eriksen, Kane and Lloris are most likely to start both DGW games. But who else? I can't see Chadli, Lamela or Dembele starting both. Is Vertonghen the only defender who is likely to? How about Walker? I don't think Rose will, Davies is a more than capable alternative in his position.

    I don't want Lloris but I'd like 3 Spurs. Vertonghen or Walker seem the best bets for the 3rd spot. Or did I miss something?

    PS If there are any Spurs fans about I'd be interested in their opinion.

      Don't see the point in wasting a FT, never mind a hit, on Spurs defense.

        Maybe. 2 easy-ish games though. No hit required. And Spurs have good fixtures to follow so no need to rush them out.

      Only Eriksen and Kane. They dont keep clean sheets and probably wont keep clean sheets against Swansea and QPR, so not worth wasting FTs on them.

      I did not realize the fixtures were so close together. That is a lot of matches. I am doing Kane, Eriksen, and Vertonghen. I feel they are the least likely to be rotated. Not too happy to have Spurs defense though.

      Kane/Eriksen/Vert -- That's looking like the safest options bar Lloris.

      Dembele is an odd one. I can see Chadli sharing some gametime with him but at the very least, he wil feature in both [start one and come off the bench for the other maybe?] so could be worth a punt if you are truly allergic to Spud defenders.

      Poyet said there's "a chance of him playing", which to me implies he is fit enough to play. In a game as important as SUN v WBA i feel he must play, without him they're fairly hopeless. Could be wrong, but seems consensus on the site a bit earlier today was he will play.

    Quick question.
    I have two freebies but can't see any obvious transfers. If I do not do anything this week, does it mean I will have two freebies GW27 and again two freebies GW28?

      You can only roll one FT over to next week, i.e. if you use your two FTs in GW27, you'll only have one in GW28.

    Lloris
    Azpi(Naughton) - PvA - Jones
    ADM - Silva - Cazorla - Oscar(JWP)
    Kane(Wolly) - Aguero - Giroud

    Lloris just transfered in. Wil bench him, Azpi,Oscar and Kane the next GW. Then I`ll transfer in Eriksen for the DGW. Now I got 1 FT and 4.4 ITB.

    Decent way of getting 4 DGWers for free and still rolling a freebie to GW29?

    GW26: Oscar -> Eriksen
    GW27: Terry -> Rose
    GW28: Ayoze -> Austin

    Foster
    Terry, Clichy, PVA
    Sanchez, Hazard, Silva, Santi, Oscar
    Aguero, Kane

    Myhill, Ayoze, Bellerin, Coloccini
    Bank 0.2m, 2FT, 1WC

    Start PVA of Fonte? Have Panti in goal so would be doubling up on sun defence then.

      No to Jones>Bellerin. He should play and Punch>Mane only if he will be in your starting 11.

      Get rid of Bojan for Ideye IMO as he will play up top all the time whereas Berahino seems likely to play out wide in away games...Ideye a good differential too and on form.

    Just checked FFF. Aguero is perfect (c) but he is being sold off the fastest? Costa definitely rising tonight (ban incoming + blank GW). Can someone explain it to me?

      Kun injury scared off some owners? Will be interesting if Kun>Costa was the popular transfer this GW [for strikers].
