When you brush your teeth, stand on one leg (the weak one!) and you will build up the proprioceptors and ligaments.

But seriously, just go to a physio - get an appointment. You have to look after it, I have a back issue with golf because I've only started playing it. I use a heatpack before I play to get it warmed up. It works really well, the problem can reduce but if you are the wrong side of 30 the body reacts poorly from now on. YOu have to look after it, stretch plus heatpacks or icepacks

What about wearing a support?

Had any physio? I actually had a a very bad issue with my right ankle as well a number of years ago (slide tackle, torn ligaments, 4 months out). Returned for the next season and first preseason training went again and lost 2 months. Got into physio a bit more, took it very carefully and doing exercises, haven't had a problem since (aside from the occasional jarred ankle that's a bit sore).

If it makes you feel any better I tore my hamstring lastnight on the first day back at pre season.

Physio the only real way to go. I've had a heal injury for a couple of years and am getting it sorted out this off-season. Making a huge difference with some basic stuff already.

From what I seen, albeit in 1 game, he is their best player. He should start IMO but yes will need to keep an eye on the situation.

Im guessing it's the potential of having a break through season

Leko is certainly better than McClean and McManaman from what little I have seen. Philips is quite good, though.

Wingers in a Pulis team don't often succeed. I wouldn't go near him just yet.

I wonder how many legitimately talented players will go to China or maybe even the Saudi league in the coming years. With the wages they're offering, I feel like it's inevitable an upcoming player in his prime will go there.

It means that all food is equal but some is more equal than others. But seriously the more you put in the more you put on. If food companies were required to tell you how far you need to walk to counter the calorific content of their products then I think you'd see more people making better choices more often.
