Overthinking? It’s what we do – don’t dare ask us to stop.

Particularly now that our heads are swimming with thoughts of blank and double Gameweeks. All those variables, all that planning and strategising: we’re in our element.

Once again, thanks to another bout of community questions, Jonty and Andy join me for another ScoutCast dominated by chatter surrounding our tactics and transfers approaching the missing fixtures.

We break off to nominate the new Premier League whipping boys, while we ponder whether to proclaim Sigurdsson as “essential”, revisit Coleman vs Baines and assess whether the blanks are reason enough to be rid of Alexis Sanchez.

For my money, that’s one decision that requires very little thinking.

      I'm getting Antonio, don't want to triple up on EVE just yet and I get along better with Antonio when I own him. 😉

      Watched interview with Antonio who said he's gonna try to score more goals now that Carroll is catching him and Snoddy will help him do that. 🙂

          He's an option for sure, but if I would get EVE players, it's only Lukaku, Baines, Coleman for me. Staying away from their mids. He always promises so much and rarely delivers. That's my problem.

          If you feel he's gonna outscore Antonio, go with your gut. It surely helps if you don't have any EVE player.

          Yep indeed this is all true. I'm focusing this mainly on hazard's performances which haven't been very effective as of late, and also the fact that he is now expendable - has been subbed off after 70 mins the last few games or something I think

          I mean go for it by all means, it isn't stupid but I personally wouldn't

      I also agree with A I think. Siggy is such a great player but he could easy get 2 in GW24(man city) and GW26(chelsea), therefore negating the fact he has a GW28 fixture anyways. I am also weighing up similar options.
