Written off as relegation certainties just over a month ago, Hull City’s survival bid has been given a significant shot in the arm since the arrival of new manager Marco Silva.

Two wins and a draw in five matches under the Portuguese’s stewardship, supplemented by clean sheets against the likes of Mancheser United and Liverpool, have seen many Fantasy Premier League managers assess the KCOM outfit in a new light.

Key to Hull’s appeal is, of course, that they play in both Gameweek 26 and 28 – indeed, Silva’s men are one of just eight sides currently set to feature in the latter round of matches.

    Would you drop Valencia and Coleman for someone like Fernandez and Funes if it means I can keep Ibra and Mane? Otherwise its likely to be one of Ibra and Mane OR dropping the Spurs mid.

    I dont like to spend less on defense though, so that defense looks weird 😮

          This squad looks too top-heavy, you need provision for Sanchez, Ibra I guess, 2m light too? Pedro might solve CHE issues and lose Costa? Defence looks fine, wouldn't take much more out, Valencia is doing well and will have DGW(s).

              Once the dust settles, Pedro in a 3-5-2 might be your best way forward. Low TV might be a blessing, forces you to avoid certain things and look for deep value elsewhere, gl bud 😉

      I didn't think I needed him when he played Bournemouth. didn't work out too well for me....Although it was the combination of not having him and captaining Aguero for a massive 2pts that did me in!!!

      You never know though which is what makes FPL so interesting, but I will say FWD pickings are slim for GW28 outside of Lukaku. Also, are you trying to win a ML or just going for overall rank? For me, I had to get him to cover my ML rivals.

          Then just go with what you think is best. No lukaku is risky but could work out ok. if you want him for GW 28 I would just get him in now to be honest though. That way you cover the SUN game and have him for his games against WBA and HUL as well.

              I'd probably do crouch to lukaku or if you can't afford that, I would do Stan to Carroll and then crouch to lukaku. Carroll can be long term, cheap bench fodder who at least plays and has a GW 28. Then you get to keep Ibra and sterling who have great fixtures in GW27. Depends if you mind hits or not.

      Why take the risk?

      Everyone will have him.

      A lot will captain him at least once.

      He got a huge score just a few games ago.

      There are no better option in any price range that don't also have at least one blank.

    Ibra owners keeping or selling? He plays one game in the next 3.

    No doubt he's the best captaincy option in GW27 but is that enough to compensate for the 2 games he misses?

    In my case Chambers (cry) will start in place of Ibra if I bench him in GW26.

                Yea I'm confused if I take hit for a striker I need atleast 2 or 3 goals from him in the next 2 matches to get something out of the trade. If I don't take a hit I get to keep Ibra and cap him in 27.

                Chambers is a decent shout over the 2 games (cry, stk). I think they can scrap out a CS in one of those.
