Maybe, they're not factored in. There's precedent for both having replays displace PL games and for displacing knocking back the cup schedule so I'm not gonna call it either way.
What's the precedent you have found where PL games have been postponed for cup replays - I couldn't find any recent ones when I was looking.

I really can't see a captain option this week. I can see 1 goal max for Aguero and Kane, Sanchez looks well off the pace and Ozil is a tough pick vs Leicester. Payet has gone all Modric on me, which leaves Alli who might well be the best option given Citeh's inability to track midfield runners.

It sounds counter intuitive but Aguero out for Costa is a safer move than Kane - at least in the short term. Aguero only has the one game (vs Spurs) to punish the transfer where as Kane has two (mci, SWA).
It comes down to GW30 and whether you think Chelsea will beat Man City. If you do, then Aguero has liv, AVL, nor after the GW27 blank which is as good as it gets. For this reason, I'm leaning towards losing Kane.I have decent value tied up in both, it's tough. 0.4m on Kane and 0.3m on Aguero.
yep, similar here .4 in Kane (so an extra 0.2m really to buy him back) and 0.5m in Aguero (an extra 0.3m to buy him back ... maybe 0.2m if he drops over GW27).

Same for me, quick rough ideas for good transfers look like
Gw27 : Payet or other blanker > Arnie or other Stoke mid
Gw28 : Toby > VVD or other Saint defender
Gw29 : Ozil or Sanchez > Mane or other Saint mid
Gw30 : bring in a non blanker
That way your getting good fixtures out of Stoke and Saint assets before gw30 and you lose Toby and a Arsenal mid before tough gamesEither Everton or Swansea will play so definitely Sigurdsson or Barkley over Mane, unless something major happens before that.
