Have we fallen hook, line and sinker? After taking a beating by a cast of talent sacrificed in our Gameweek 33 Wildcards, it certainly feels we’ve obliviously wandered over a trapdoor and slammed back down to earth.

We’re back up to full strength in the ScoutCast as Jonty, Andy and Luke join me to compare the bruises inflicted by our Gameweek 33 refresh. We endevour to remain optimistic, clinging to the hope that the Gameweek 34 bench boost chip will deliver and help us balm the damage from a disastrous weekend.

Judging by the line of questioning from the community, we’re not the only ones smarting. The four of us pick through your bout of queries, before looking ahead the weekend and the Gameweek that could yet revive our seasons.

      as per last page i would wait to bb 37, time to get rid of ward hopefully pool defence will be more nailed by then, id probably bench moreno ( more likely to get a rest than sakho cos sakho rested sunday) ward lennon and robles.

    Is Androws Godsend the only realistic option for me to replace Bolasie? 6.2 and i would like a gw 35 player. Other option is Alli. I am debating this whole week, and still no wiser.

          Yea i know he does, but to be fair i do not feel confident about us to bring in any player at the moment. Smalling has a dgw in 37 as well.

      I've done nearly exactly the same moves.....

      Go for it...

      Potential points;

      Barkley 4 (out of form, and probably rested for a game)
      Bolasie 3 (doubt he will start both games due to FA Cup
      Darmian 6 (I think he will play one game and get a clean sheet

      Nasri 15 (at least one goal one assist with bonus points)
      Milner 15 (at least one goal and one assist with bonus points)
      Smalling 16 (two clean sheets, couple bonus points(

    Given Wenger's comments on not playing Mertesacker vs West ham cause he didn't think Carroll would play, is it not a huge possibility that Gabriel gets dropped against Palace and WBA, 2 teams that only score from set pieces?

      Also think that's a real possibility. I'd be surprised if he starts vs West Brom at least. Palace have more pace but if Merte does well vs West Brom that might be that.

      I concluded it's worth removing and getting Iwobi as 3rd Arsenal. At least then there is the chance of points off the bench which can't be said of Gabriel..
