By a long way, actually - one has RVP AND Aguero, the other has Rooney and Fellaini.
Yes but if RVP is rested in GW28 like I fear, the Rooney+Fellaini option could possibly do better in the short term. Though I do agree with you, long term RVP+Aguero is a better combo.
If you are going to ask for an opinion on your team, try not to format it in a way which will harm people's eyes.
You may find that using the recognised template for displaying your team will cause less blindness and gain more replies.

Now, we all know that to play for Stoke you need to be at least 6,2" and barrel chested. But wouldn't it be nice to see them spend a bit of cash on just one really nimble little playmaker, with all the other meat heads protecting him like a quarterback? I'm sure this thought has never crossed Pulis's mind, but it might just add another dimension to their game(!)

C gives you the best side but, as mentioned you'll have a heck of a time on deciding who to play.
Therefore, I would say make a list of your must have 7 players & drop the 8th.
Find a serviceable replacement & use the saved cash to bolster your back line.
For example: I would rather have Evra play week in week out than be forced to decide if Fellaini or Lambert gets a game.

As Mark said on the last page Wilson played a full 90 minutes for the U21s recently and he has over a week before their next game so he should start especially as Pulis has stated he wants him in the side ASAP

true, but it will keep you going longer in those industrious midfield positions, it will make you stronger, and faster, and it will make you recover from injury faster. it is absolutely certainly a problme in football, the only question is how much. as the football organisations don't want their product being undermined, their is very little testing (as in american sports). footballers talk routinely about gobbling pills ("supplements") they're given - which takes responsibility away.

its difficult to explain but basically they would'nt want to risk not knowing precisely where there feet are in space, if that even makes any sense. if you take muscil enhancers and stuf like that the delicate touch u have wont be so delicate. they would'nt want to risk that. although a large centre half could use them to beef up i suppose
Mate they are called "performance enhancing drugs" for a reason.
Possessing skill in the first place is one thing, being able to apply it for the full 90 mins (and the dreaded extra time in certain games) to the max is whole different issue. Fatigue plays a major part in it and that's where the benefits of these drugs are I guess.

You clearly underestimate it I say. Why do you think there are so many injuries in the game, substitutions (apart from the tactical ones), players losing pace etc etc.
These guys are supreme athletes and Anabolic steroids are basically to enhance athleticism. The use of these and any other kind of Performance enhancing substances is quite simply CHEATING.

You underestimate footballers. I agree there are those who take it easy but there are those like Michu who leave nothing in the tank. I think performance enhancing drugs may impact football to some extent but my real concern is fraud and match fixing.

When already hyper-competitive individuals compete to earn millions of pounds you can be sure that some players are looking for an edge.
