Feeling rougher than a Lee Cattermole tackle, I manage to patch myself up to share a microphone with Granville for another Podcast episode. Tonsils in tatters, the usual round of blows come my way as my co-host strolls into the mini-league distance with a comfortable three-figure lead.

We talk Rooney vs Aguero and rinse through the ScoutCast regulars, while I end up getting misty-eyed about Stephen Ireland – one of a select band of “soft spot” players who rise to the top of my watchlist at the first sign of a semblance of form. And I wonder why I’m struggling.

  Despite all the evidence to the contrary (City's home defensive record this season is rather good, even under Pellegrini and Arsenal are defending well too), I can't help feeling this is going to be a high-scoring thriller. Ozil, Ramsey and Aguero all playing for me.

      Not against Everton and Shakhtar he wasn't.
      
      But that's beside the point - I'm just being a bit cheeky and just offering a contradictory stat to demonstrate how they can be twisted to meet the intentions of the person analysing them. Rooney's record against Villa is good, but it's over 6 years without a league goal there.
      
      You're right though - the important elements are current form of teams and player.

Is anyone tempted.... dare i say it.... to Ditch Suarez for Lukaku over the next few...?? Thats a tough next 4 for LIV with players down....

EVE on the other hand are bang in form and with great fixtures.

Lukaku, Aguero, Rooney and then bring Suarez back in with Wildcard could be a great shout?

        You plan out 9 or 18 Holes (bars or pubs) with a drink assigned to each Hole, you have a scorecard with the amount of strokes (sipps) allowed for that Hole (Eg down in one or 3 sipps).
        
        Winner is person who goes round the course in the least strokes (finishes all their drinks with least sipps),
