Paddy Power Special – 3/1 on Man City to Beat Arsenal at the Etihad

Once again, Paddy Power have laid on another enhanced market for the weekend’s matches – this time around, our bookmaker friends are dangling odds of 3/1 for Man City to beat Arsenal at the Etihad in tomorrow’s lunchtime kick-off for those yet to register an account with them.

Bearing in mind that the regular odds of Manuel Pellegrini’s men winning for their eighth match in a row in front of their own fans is 4/5, this looks a standout deal for those yet to sign up with Paddy. If you don’t have an account and fancy a piece of the action, click here to join up and take advantage of the offer.

If you’ve already got an account with Paddy, you can still benefit from the Money Back Special on the Etihad match. Paddy are offering refunds on all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score and Scorecast bets should Olivier Giroud score anytime during the game.

To clarify, the City enhanced odds specials are limited to a £10 stake, are open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Will Walcott start tomorrow? Wenger says in his press conference that he "hasn't decided yet" http://www.espn.co.uk/football/sport/story/266021.html

Any Gooners know Wenger better than I do? Do you think he'll start?

I can see his tactical reasons for starting with him and think there's a good chance Theo could get attacking returns if he does.

Any opinions/insights would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks 🙂

I am having Gerrard and Chico 🙁

    mig 4.0

    terry maculey Chico b.turner Chester

    Hazard Gerrard Ramsey Lallana Morrison

    Aguero Suarez Lukaku

I need to get Gerrard removed , so Gerrard ➡ ?

I think Yaya Toure will be good as he his more secure in Christmas period than Silva ...

My gut says Rooney will go mental this week , but I am stuck with Lukaku ... shall I go for lukaku ➡ Rooney and Gerrard ➡ SHelvey/fer

Also I need Everton defence , full to confuse I am 🙁

So I am looking at my team, and reading through all the comments on here, and talking myself into and then out of an 8 point hit.

And I look at my team and think that it is actually not that terrible. I mean I really want to get rid of Amalfitano and JOlsson, but maybe I don;t actually NEED to do that right now.

My ML leader has taken -8 which puts me just 9 pts behind him (I was 100 pts off not so long ago)

So tell me what you think please - I have 1.4 bank and 1FT.

    Mannone

    Mutch Hazard(c?) Ramsey Ozil

    Long Aguero Suarez(c?)

There is no joy like sitting tight and having a blinder of a GW.

Then again there is no pain like sitting tight and seeing all the players you were considering having blinders of a gameweek while your team founders on the rocks of poor decision.

I might post this again if I dont get more interest.

Thank you for replying so nicely though, Mr White.

Just changed captain from Lakaku to Rooney and here is my reasons why.

    Lakaku
    1. Unreliable Captain
    2. Doesn't perform against weaker opposition Hull (home): 2 points, Crystal (away): 2 points. Tot (home): 1 point
    3. Tends to get lazy
    4. Chance creation is lower than most fowards
    5. Facing a rejuvenated Fullham

    Rooney
    1. Is on corners, pens and free-kicks with Van Persie out
    2. Creates more chances than Lakaku
    3. 4 Double figures in his last 7
    4. Involved in a most goals that Manchester Untied score
    5. Vlaar, the man who sorts out the Villa defense is out making it considerably weaker
    6. United's next few games are a MUST WIN for Moyes
    7. Rooney being the main man at United with Van Persie out coupled with United's poor form makes it even more important for him to score against an already weakened Villa side

    Just must opinion

Not sure tot (home) fits into the weak opposition category but plenty of good reasons to captain Rooney. I think I would go lukaku if I had him but it's easier to say that when it is not an option. I am going aguero over Rooney btw. Plenty of good reasons to do that as well

I captained Zab when he scored 12 in one of the early gameweeks.

Yes Terry is an option. Palace are tight but are likely to lose to nil. Less goals = more chance of BAPS for defenders. It could be one of those weeks it pays off.

      You are forgiven.

Check captains poll. All are viable options, it's personal preference but Lukaku is favourite.
