My FPL Christmas wish is no more goals from Coleman, Yaya & Ozil.

That trio have killed me this season. Almost all the guys above me in my mini-league have them and no point in me matching them now.

I hope that the second half of the season sees a new group of players emerge (Wally, Silva, Negredo rolling in points would be a nice start)

  There is every point in matching them as you are losing out on too many points otherwise and you can try and close the gap with other differentials.

    I see what your saying, but shelling out th cash for those 3 leaves very little chance to find excellent differentials instead like Wally & Silva who have the ability and pedigree to score big totals.
    
    Otherwise I am shopping in the basement bucket with people like Fer, Pablo & Chamakh 😕

Going for Lukaku despite my Captain fail with 5 or 6 GW ago
Reason is quite simple:
- I just can't see nor imagine Suarez with more than 5/6 points today, so the point gap will not be huge if i don't captain him
- Lukaku always has a double digit every 6 games; and it has not had any since 5 GW... This is his day vs. the poorest team in the league. IMO, he can fire up with a brace if not more as I see everton scoring rather big
- Other considerations include Hazard, Wally, Silva and Rooney
* Hazard=> risk of rotation
* Wally=> not sure Arsenal will score big at West Ham given their recent form
*SIlva=> Not explosive enough, and i see a low scoring game vs. Pool
* Rooney=> quite attractive but scoring big at Hull is something no team so far has managed to... And i can't see him with a big haul

This is the perfect GW to differentiate vs. anyone captaining Suarez and the risk is pretty low to me as Suarez won't score double-digit imo. The reward can be huge.

It's just a no brainer to me actually not to go with Suarez.
Form over fixture: OK. But not when you go at the Etihad.

  1. Walcott got 13 points against City recently.
  2. Lukaku has not scored in the last 4 matches.
  
  However, if you are happy with your choice then go for it as it is all down to luck at the end of the day.
