With the WC we need players to rise 0.2 to get any benefit of transferring out at the higher rate in the same GW. Is that right? And if so I imagine this extended period between GWs should be the best time to do it?

If so, who is a nailed on riser this week? Oscar, Eriksen, Koscielny who else?

  I would expect casuals to get wind of the wildcard and use it immediately, or they may not even realise they have one. Hmm. Will keep an eye on the risers this week and see if it takes off at any point.
