What's your opinion on Lovren btw? I was looking to use my FT this week on him to Baines but used it on Ulloa to Welbeck instead, so now I'm kind of stuck on whether or not I should do that yet. Should I keep Lovren or take a hit on Baines?
I have as a rule to not take hits on active players, especially not defenders, but I feel like Baines is a special case, and his price should skyrocket at least 0.2 this GW...

I really like this defense. There's at least 3 good fixtures for this group of 5 up til gw19 with gw12 being the only exception where Chambers has to play United at home.
I think you'll learn a lot about who to get rid of after today's games. ADM should be on your out-list though so in the absence of anyone else you should probably downgrade him to Tadic who has much better fixtures.
One weak point is Moore, since Leicester's defense is so bad. If you have nothing better to do I'd suggest Moore>Hutton/Wisdom.
If you have 0.5 lying around you might as well make Boyd a 4.9 like Colback for example. He has impressive stats this season and is on set pieces. I highly doubt you want to spend money on a 5th mid though.

The only thing you should worry about on a WC (until Saturday morning of the games in two weeks time) is price rises. You've got Welbeck and Jedinak so thats good. Just continue to keep an eye on fplstatistics and you'll be fine.

tadic has not scored a goal yet,chadli has 4 in 5 matches and has probably been one of the most advanced midfielders this season. he plays as a 2nd striker

You have to take into account the team and players ADM was getting those assists with.
Tadic has great stats, shown in the members area, and is hard to ignore. Some are backing a big points return sooner rather than later because of the stats.
Ignore the stats and everything, if you just watch Southampton play you'll know why a lot of managers are getting in Tadic.
I think I speak for many - ADM in my team and rate him highly.
However with a turn in fixtures , need him out to finance those combos that should prove better over next 6 gw or so ?here here. upvoted.
I have ADM, and he's a great player, indeed. But he is very expensive, so the question is that can you find better value in other midfielders...and the fixtures will turn worse after WBA as well. Assist machine, but what about goals? There many others to share the attacking points, as well. Well, hopefully my worries are overdone...we shall see...

Exactly! I have been thinking about this as well. Downgrading ADM would enable to get Baines and in some cases Ivanovic too... And Sanchez is the one fo follow closely in the same price bracket, if ADM will not deliver...
ADM's only output so far was against Leicester and QPR who have two of the most open defenses in the league. Against tougher defenses in Burnley and West Ham he did absolutely nothing. As far as I'm concerned he's a red herring, just like Lamela was in GW3 after his performance against the same QPR side.
The way West Ham targetted him from the first minute to the last with hard tackles will only increase.
His fixtures are really tough. Everton and WBA are no pushovers defensively: Everton are better now that Distin is benched, and WBA have looked really solid with Lescott. After that they play City, Chelsea, and Arsenal on the trot.
Falcao is yet to hit his stride (0 touches in the box against West Ham), and Van Persie hasn't been linking well with his teammates despite scoring twice recently.
There's a lot of uncertainty in how the team will set up.
Herrera is injured which is a massive blow for them. Rooney is also suspended (probably a good thing though imo).
He's been subbed after 65-70 minutes several times and that may continue.
39 assists in 4 seasons isn't that impressive imo. 10 per season with CR7 and Bale isn't good enough. 4 goals in a whole season is terrible as well, even if he was playing in a deeper role.
United will struggle to keep possession against teams that press their defense high up the pitch, because their defense is shockingly bad. Squeeze up on them and you squeeze DiMaria's space too.this is true
if others follow BFS and play ADM out the game his influence will be slim
if you let him play -he will and the points will roll in -yes good BAP and assist pointsOh and I didn't mention his price. Anyone who didn't get him at 9.5 will be put off by his 10.0 price now, especially with Chadli, Tadic, Silva, etc starting to produce.
As for Tadic, if you've watched Southampton games you'd know he has been very close to big hauls. Last game he hit the post twice, and had 6 shots inside the box. With Mane in the team he'll surely get more penalty opportunities, and with JWP injured he takes all the set pieces.
With Mane playing LW now Tadic plays on the RW so he can now cut in and shoot instead of crossing every time. He plays further forward than Pelle on average, and has a very high number of touches in the box.
For those saying he hasn't produced, he's only had one 2 pointer this season.true again..

For example, Southampton should have been awarded a stonewall penalty when Krul knocked Long over at the edge of the box, but the referee didn't award it. If he does then Tadic has a goal. Two perfect throughballs to Pelle late in the Swansea games were fluffed by Pelle who should have scored both. The two posts against QPR. And a raft of other chances I can't remember.
