    Is Rooney a decent option?

United were very poor vs Arsenal to be fair.

Well, he has looked sharp. It helped that arsenal didn't bother defending though. Teams will start to park the bus more now so it will test him.

Let's hope RVP's poor form sees him get dropped, which means Rooney's back in pens.

    Krul (Schmeichel)
    Baines, Azpi, Chambers (Kaboul, Wisdom)
    Sanchez, Haz, Siggy, Chadli (Boyd)
    Aguero, Pelle, Austin

Monitor Chadli. The typical suggestion would be to try and squeeze Costa in for Pelle by hook or by crook. I don't necessarily think Costa is essential but he will be a popular captain pick so you will need a good, sturdy sofa.

I can do Kaboul to Yun and Pelle to Costa for a hit. Concerned with his 4YC's though.

Is there a case for Cahill or Terry being worth the extra over Azpi?

Imo, Terry used to sit back(during FKs and corners) in first few games which isnt the case now. His heatmap for first 5 games and last 5 games will be better for comparison 🙂

I'm thinking the same mate. Have Hazard and tossing up between Costa/Rooney. Think Rooney is a nice differential among the top players. Costa 4 YC's puts me off too, plus Rooney seems nailed on for 90mins every match during the busy schedule, whereas Costa could easily be rested for Drogba/Remy during some of these matches.

    Lloris/Hamer
    Bert/Jags/Chambers/Wisdom/Duff
    Tadic/Siggy/AdM/Alexis/Oscar
    Kun/Pelle/Austin

Thinking Pelle and Tadic for Rooney and Jedinak for -4. Gives me a captain option next week and also solves my benching dilemma.

Then subsequent week Lloris to Fabianski.

After 2 weeks switch one of AdM/Rooney to one of chelsea premium mid/Costa.

    Sounds good?

Is it worth considering that without Champions League, Man U may benefit in the way Liverpool did this time last season? Easier to handle the fixture congestion.

Obviously Suarez being an absolute beast helped last season, too, but the lack of Europe was a factor.

-4 helped me this week. I took out Naismith and fab for kane and hazard. It's just the rotations that I'm worried about long term

It helped because you had an injured striker and brought in two great picks in attack. Defenders are a different ballgame.

Agreed. Would u then bench clyne for hutton? Other defenders are chambers Baines wisdom

    Forster > Fabianski
    Taylor > Azpil
    Berahino > Ings

    Opinions? 2 FT's anyway.

Don't sell Berahino for Ings. That is the ultimate in the never ending cheap striker kneejerk wagon of doom.

I'd do the 1st 2 options there. Arsenal could easily concede

So is everyone who has double, triple Southampton players getting rid for GW13?

My team needs a little spruce up, and I've been waiting for this week to come.
3 Southampton players all going this week, Forster, Bertrand, Pelle. Hoping they go out with a bang tonight (god my GW needs it)

I already sold Pelle for Costa last week (Hope I won't regret it tonight)... Tadic and Clyne are both candidates to be sold although I'd like to keep Clyne, really.

      I'm keeping Clyne. Dumping Forster.

If Sakho is ruled out should I straight swap to another budget forward for free or -8 for Bony?

-8 for bony is ridiculous, austin for free a decent shout

Bring in Austin. He edges Berahino because of fix, even though I'm keeping Berahino.

Ings a better shout than both, although Berahino is a good shout.

          Why is Ings better?

          Sell him to me.

He's a youngster for one, and regarded as a talented one. Great scoring record last season. And doesn't look pudgy and unathletic like Austin.

Keep ADM. He and Hazard are about even IMO so not worth a transfer either way.

    Pellè > Costa
    Eriksen >Siggy
    Mannone> Myhil

    for -4

bit gutted I had to switch Myhil in to fund Costa move

not really too gutted about getting rid of Eriksen as I got yesterday's points from him
