So looking at the defensive stats and fixtures it seems to me that to have a LIV def might not be such a bad idea. They were quite unlyck to concede so many. Currently unjured Duff is sitting on my bench and I need to ship him out. What do you think? I simply dont see much other options mainly due to fixtures.

Not sure whether to make the bench stronger and risk having points sat on the bench.This time of year is the one time it's clearly better to have a strong bench. Most of the time it's wasting points.
