Once upon a time, there were no yellow/red cards (1962); defenders happily played the ball back to their respective keeper's hands and there was no such thing as offside. Could you imagine the game without those rules?
Every other sport has been able to evolve and incorporate some type of replay system in order to aid referees in making the correct decision. Isn't that what its all about, about getting it right?
American Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey have all been much better because of it. Not sure about Cricket, Golf and Water Polo and such.
I really don't understand why FIFA is so hesitant to implement technology in order improve the game. We all would be better off. Almost seems stubborn not to take advantage of it.

True but still will help make many decisions easier. The youth levels of the sports I listed above don't have video review. It's only implemented at the highest levels (college, pro) which essentially all that really matters.
In American Football, the only way a call is overturned is if there is
'indisputable, clear evidence'
And there are only certain events deemed 'reviewable'
You don't have to review every call, only important ones that affect the game such as PKs and red cards.
Offsides, for example, could be a call that can't be reviewed.

he's always been on them, and will continue to be.
Usually Aguero, Yaya takes them when Kun is inevitably too injured to take them.

yaya is on free kicks for right footers. silva and kolarov knick left footers.
Aguero has always been number 1 penalty taker. It just so happens that last season almost all their penalties were awarded when Aguero wasn't on the pitch.
