Suggest you consider whether you're going to need the extra .5m for your final transfer and if you're in a ML, who have your rivals got? If youre chasing, do the opposite. If you're leading, copy them

They are overpriced, certainly. But I think there is some wisdom in signing a known PL hit (which I would realistically say Tekkers is, if he's playing in an attacking side) over someone like Lacazette. Ligue 1 is not the PL, and I don't think many strikers coming straight from there to the PL necessarily hit the ground running. So it depends if the club have the money to punt on Lacazette, I think to do that Pool would need to shed a number of players first. (Which they definitely could do).
