i thought that was a trick question.. right answer isnt an option i am afraid..
looking at last seasons form, and form in pre-season Cazorla looks like the pick for me. If Walcott keeps starting position he will score goals, but might wont pick up the passing bonus's or MOM often. Ramsey again not always certain to start.

Seeing that the whole league has to do well. I'll give a tip. Seeing that most will go for Aguero in gw2, you may as well transfer a striker out who will play two games before Man city vs Chelsea. So Rooney and Pelle
Cheap Mid who will get decent amount of bonuses (T & P) and a defender in price range of 5-5.8m ish who will be more likely to get clean sheets ie Taylor for Holebas
or
Mid-range Midfielder who may have periods of form and a cheap defender

Mata plays friday night on GW2 so planning on bringing in Payet on GW2 Saturday as I feel Mata will be more effective GW1 than Payet (Arsenal away).
Wilson would play GW1 hoping he can start off well. Then play GW2 Monday night & GW3 Saturday. Would then use Mata > Payet funds to get Aguero who plays on the sunday.

No problem! Yeah fixtures are very frustrating this year. Last year I had like Rooney (C) on opening Saturday, switched to Sturridge on Sunday and transferred him out for Costa to gain that early advantage. This year a lot more difficult, especially as you dont want to use to many transfers to early on
Love that midfield mate. I'm in a similar situation with you but with rooney. I could get rid of rooney for aguero after the friday night game or (preferably) get rid of pelle for aguero but this means dramatically downgrading the rest of my team (because of the price difference between rooney and pelle). Just feel like rooney will be essential this year. Love the wilson pick btw! 🙂
It's difficult tbh. I mean obviously you want a cheap and cheerful defence but I think it would be silly to put players in who will rarely get CS's etc. You just have to take the risk or downgrade a midfielder. Unlike last year there is actually quite a few attractive mid-range priced midfielders. Ayew, Payet, Clasie (Bonuses), Bolasie, Colback, Ki, try get in one of them.

I wouldn't double up on United players just yet. So maybe go for some Liverpool coverage. I would also wait for Wijnaldum to pick up form before putting him in. Good team though 🙂

Will use Lukaku/Benteke instead of Aguero temporarily. Depay is being used because he is significantly cheaper than Rooney and playing very high up the pitch.
Great midfield. Good point about Depay.. Just depends wether he hits ground running. Only weak link for me is Wilson but guess he could turn out to be gold. Nice team
I'd rather have Hazard than Fabs or Sterling. Massive risk, could spoil your whole heavy midfield

Wouldn't play 4 at the back in this game. Clean sheets can have a real bearing on your weekly performances

Abdi unlikely to start at all now. Could work but I'd prefer two mid priced players like payet, mahrez, lens, ki, sinclair, clasie etc instead of one big hitter and someone who won't play. Personal preference I suppose tho
Jurado is better player to have than abdi if you're going for a really cheap midfielder. (Though could be a doubt for the first game)

Same. But watford are going to struggle to score at all for at least about 7 matches. So I'd just keep away from watford attackers

If albrighton is nailed, he's the best. But I'm getting a very low value defence and playing lens. I would love naughton but he'd be an extra 1m or so
Albrighton could be good if he keeps up the same form from last season. I've managed to get naughton and lens but it does mean getting a cheap midfielder alongside him to fund aguero. Looking at bentaleb as hopefully he'll be given more of a license to attack this season plus obviously his passing and tackling bonuses
B as Abdi isnt nailed on and if he doesnt play it will mean 2 transfers to get rid.
