      My draft has Lanzini and Mitrovic. I also have Clyne instead of Delaney. Otherwise you will not be able to player 11 players in GW35 or 11 DGW players in GW37 without taking a hit. I forget which but you should check it to save 4pts unless of course you think Delaney will get 4 pts more than Clyne this week of course. Thoughts?

    Lost in last page.... Did Wild Card Last week... And I feel it was little hurry...

    Robles / Darlow
    Rojo / Sakho / Monreal / Ward / Dawson
    Coutinho / Payet / Ozil / Milner / Mahrez
    Aguero / Lukaku / Mitrovic (0.7 ITB)

    What changes you guys suggest??
    This 33rd GW
    Ozil > Iwobi
    Mahrez > De Bruyne (-4 hit)

    Then in 34th GW
    I can upgrade
    Mitrovic > Welbeck or
    Milner > Firmino

    What are you guys suggest???

      Many are getting too hung up on this. Having (say) 5 DGWers in 33 and only 10 players in 35 is the same numerically as having 4 DGWers in 33 and a full team for 35. It's the points potential of the players that really matter rather than when they play.

    Here's an option for keeping Kane for a while that might just work:

    Current FWD: Kun, Lukaku, Kane

    For GW34 + GW35:
    Lukaku (SOU, liv, BLANK) -> Welbeck (CPL, WBA, sun)

    GW36: Kane -> Lukaku

    I am thinking that extra transfer for the switch would be worth it, considering that the alternative is playing 10 men in 35, and you get to Keep Kane (sto, WBA)

    Does this make sense to you?
    (You could also go Mitrovic instead of Welbeck.)

    33 = 4DGW players
    34 = 14DGW players
    35 = 7GW players + 2 transfers (fielding 9 bar injuries eeeeeek)

    Darlow Gomes
    Bellerin Jagielka Delaney Fuchs Sakho
    Payet Sanchez Lanzini Coutinho Barkley
    Aguero Lukaku Mitrovic

    With 0.0 in the bank, so it's tight!

        Option 1 gives you:

        GW33 - 15 players
        GW34 - 29 players with BB
        GW35 - 9 players
        Total - 53 players

        Option 2 gives you:

        GW33 - 14 players
        GW34 - 29 players with BB
        GW35 - 10 players
        Total - 53 players

        Conclusion:

        Pick the player out of Delaney and Gabriel that you think will score the most points over the next 3 game weeks as having an extra fixture in GW33 or GW35 makes no difference.

      • 9 Years

      Are you on WC? I'd be getting rid of at least one keeper, for starters. Gomes > Robles, unless you're set on having Jagielka.

      1. Evasivo
        • 13 Years
        8 years, 2 months ago

        Yeah WC, had Gomes since the start so stands me at 4.5 hence keepeing. Though tempted to swap for Migs. Robles would give me 4 Everton.

          • 9 Years

          That's what I mean: I'd get rid of one keeper for Robles, removing Jagielka for someone else. It's a cheaper route into Everton's defence. Unless you're backing Jags to score, in which case, go with your gut.

    Any feedback on this chaps?

    A) DDG + Smalling + Sturridge
    B) Robles + Delaney + Aguero

      Ouch,

      Love the double Utd defence but has to be B with DDGW and Aguero

        Its actually, Jagielka(-> Smalling next GW). Yeah, its tough thou, Aguero frees a lot of funds to strengthen the team.

    Is anyone NOT going with DDG or a United defender?

    How essential is one (I fear a 12 pointer coming)

    I am on a sticky wicket here with only enough funds for Rojo 🙄

      AVL,CPL at home has two clean sheets written all over it. Despite my budget constraints, I'm trying my best to fit both DDG and Smalling in!

      Going with DDG and Darlow rather than Mignolet or Robles

        DDG is the best bet as United cover.

          I think I agree with this.

          Also gives the best keeper coverage going forward imo

          He has no GW35. I'd rather have Darmian and Cech in goal paired with Robles.

      I don't think I will. Any DGW defender can get 12, and Man Utd aren't guaranteed 2 CS. If I could afford DDG or Smalling I would, but I don't want to compromise elsewhere so may well go without.

      If the others get 12, Rojo will likely get 7-8 atleast.

      Then the question for your squad is: 4pts or 1.5million?

    If I am set on BB gw 34 that leaves the following for tripple captain:

    A. Lukaku gw33
    B. Payet gw37

    Am interested to see people's thoughts on this

      You're not alone. I don't think Everton are showing enough attacking potential for people to go for Lukaku this week. If I were you I'd be saving TC for 37.
