The Big Numbers – Gameweek 1

Time to roll out our first post-Gameweek delve into the 2017/18 members’ data and assess some of the stand-out performers over the opening round of matches.

Tottenham’s top scorer misses chances aplenty as the transfers-out pick up pace. Man City’s front two and Liverpool’s summer signing from Roma arrive for analysis, while Chelsea and Palace’s left wing-backs also make the cut thanks to forward-thinking performances.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

      Unreal the season before Utd signed him.

      Relatively poor last year, hampered with injury and lack of movement from Ibra.

      This year ? Golden is my prediction.

      I'm usually against getting players, esp. defenders in just for a few GWs while they are covering an injury.

        I think it's pretty safe to assume he won't be fit for the weekend if he's in a leg brace, wasn't training today and it's being widely reported he's out for approx 4 weeks.

        CP have difficult fixtures and looked bad last week anyway

    Evening guys. Which of the following enabling transfers looks the best for you to free up 1.0 for Zaha replacement:

    Foster
    Walker, Stephens, Daniels
    Willian, KDB, Zaha, Fraser
    Lukaku, Kane, Firmino

    subs: Elliott --- Carroll, Suttner, Long, 0.0 ITB

    A) Walker -> B.Davies
    B) Willian -> Ritchie
    C) Fraser -> RLC

    De Gea - Elliot
    Kompany - Dawson - Yoshida - Mee - Long
    De Bruyne - Salah - ZAHA - JWP - Carroll
    Kane - Lukaku - Rodriguez

    -4pts
    On Cahill to davids
    And Hernandez to vardy

    Should I do -8pts and swap pogba to mkhi or wait for the follow week but risk the price rise?

    Is mkhi guaranteed a start? Will he get more points then pogba?

      Who knows who'll get more points. ATM its a toss up between the pair imo, Pogba nailed but Mhki more potential to get bigger returns when he plays, which he should. Wouldn't take a hit to go from one to the other.

          Vardy is a good option. If I had 8.5, Firmino would likely be my first choice but Vardy has great stats since Shakespeare took over.

            I'm leaning towards vardy based on gw2 against Brighton but then firmino might be the safer option? I don't no what to do

      Lack of 7.0 options, people taking a punt that he can recreate his form from a few years ago, there's been glimpses but far to risky for me. Personally I'd prefer a guaranteed starter for cheaper and use the extra money elsewhere.
