Restored to a five-strong squad, this week’s ScoutCast is still resonating from the shock of Man City’s seven-slice goal pie, served up by Pep at the expense of Stoke City.

That avalanche of goals and points fell into the laps of two of the ScoutCast crew, as Jonty and Andy bask in their post-Pep Wildcard success.

Others weren’t so fortunate, as we tell the tale of an unfortunate 11-point refresh and Az’s 32-point Gameweek misery that has since sparked his own Wildcard activity.

City dominate the community questions driving this 90-minute episode, while we also revisit the Harry Kane debate, fuelled by his latest Wembley misfire.

    Hi all

    Any thoughts on transfers here please? I have a 15 day old baby so not a lot of time/brainpower to think for myself!

    My team is:
    De Gea, Elliot
    Kolasinic, Craig Dawson, Cedric, Mee, Dunk
    Ali, Eriksen, Sterling, Brady, Carroll
    Lukaku, Jesus, Joselu

    Last week people helped me get to Mhki to Sterling, which was an excellent transfer!

    I definitely want to lose Ali, and I have 1.2 ITB which will get me to Hazard, but I'm not really feeling that transfer.

    I am tempted by Silva but think a triple up puts too much weight on recent score lines, so maybe something like Ali to Salah and Lukaku to Morata.

    2 FTs, 1.2 ITB.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated!

      Congrats on the little one... plan the next one to come during pre-season 😉

      I think Salah and Hazard can score well in the coming weeks. Both have defences who look shaky but pretty much play as forwards. Chelsea should improve more but if your gut says no hazard...

        I feel like Morata is a better option and not sure I want both, that's the only reason.

        I guess Salah vs Coutinho is not something I've thought about...

      Congrats.

      Upgrade at least one of these Mee / Brady / Dunk / carrol / Joselu. Now you need to play every week with 2 of those.
      Depends do you want to roll with 1FT for next.

      Brady to Richarlison / Gross which is bit boring. Maybe downgrade Alli to Silva and upgrade Dunk to CHE / MCI defender?

        Thanks, I've gone Brady to Richarlison. I'd planned that next week but I guess both fixtures are bad this week! It's annoying that's a reverse of my transfer in week 3/4, which I only did as I'd burn a transfer otherwise. Expensive mistake!

          I already swapped Kaku to Kun and captaining him. Kaku played on second day UCL and 90min, moreover he would play away, it makes him not 100% fit. Aguero on bench yesterday and play at home, do you think he would be benched again? It's all about risk mate 🙂

    Do I know Kaku?
    He did it at Everton. He is a prolific scorer but when his form drops it really drops.
    Interesting to know whether the same applies at Man U.
