With no early kick-off for Gameweek 23, we’re treated to a packed Saturday afternoon before the tea-time clash at Wembley Stadium.
The main focus for Fantasy managers will be on Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso heavily backed, along with both Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata when Leicester City pay visit.
With 34 points from his last three home outings, Alonso’s form is assured. But the same cannot be said for both Hazard and Morata, who will surely need to deliver in today’s encounter to postpone further sales in Fantasy Premier League (FPL).
Hazard has produced just a goal and an assist from his last six Gameweek starts, while Morata has a single goal in his last four, though he has missed five big chances in his previous two outings with Stoke City and Arsenal.
Elsewhere, Fantasy managers will mainly be seeking clean sheet returns, with the popular Burnley back five at Crystal Palace and both West Ham and Brighton visiting Huddersfield and West Brom respectively.
Marko Arnautovic and Richarlison are perhaps the other key attacking assets on show.
The pair are in contrasting form, though both have suffered heavy sales heading into today’s deadline. Arnautovic returns to the Hammers line-up at the John Smith’s Stadium and looks to be leading the attack. He was sold by over 113,000 managers ahead of today’s deadline but has five goals from his last six starts.
As for Richarlison, he is without a goal since Gameweek 12 with just four assists to his name over that run. He has suffered an ownership loss of over 150,000 over the last two Gameweeks, but a points return against Southampton today would revive his stock ahead of a run of favourable fixtures for the Hornets.
