    Which combo do you prefer guys?

    A) Kane, Tosun, KDB, Mane, 4.5 def
    B) Aguero, Auba, Salah, 4.5 mid, 4.0 def
    C) Aguero, Tosun, Salah, Willian + 5.0 def (or two premium defenders and a benchfodder mid)

    Currently leaning towards A, as I will captain Kane week in week out, except when he faces a top 6 side, in which case I will captain KDB... Only worry is KDB + Kane being rested in gw 1, but I can cover that with a bench and Mane or Firmino as the vice-captain

        Not convinced he will replicate last season's form, and haven't liked my balance with a 13m player in there. It's a risk, but think I'm going Mo-less for the moment.

          It's a massive call but I am also in the Salah-less camp for now. I have him in other games where his price isn't quite so out there but I am concerned that he's effectively x2 because he's going to be a fire and forget captain option for many.

      Too much in defence which leads too the midfield from hell. Unless you're playing 5-2-3, I'd improve the mids.

        I was playing on 3-4-3.

        Sokratis was for GW3 onwards and saves a transfer.

        I don’t think that midfield is too bad? Who would you suggest?

      Trippier won’t start GW1
      Bellerin & Mikhi 2 awful fixtures
      Two 4.5 mid fodders could cause problems
      Karius under pressure to start therefore you need a 4.5 keeper

        Zanka 3 assists last season, a goal at the WC. Dunk known for being a big threat in the past from set pieces etc.

      I think we'll be a lot more rigid and stronger with Emery. I don't think there'll be nearly as much overlapping, and if he plays with both Torreira and Xhaka in midfield then I think we could be really solid.

      Could also potentially be a couple of bargains instead of Bellerin. Mustafi might not start under Emery, which means Chambers or Mavrapanos, and Kola might move ahead of Monreal.

      Bellerin is probably the safest bet early on, but our opening fixtures aren't great, so could always get someone in on GW3.

      I had 4 7m attackers last season to start off with and got just one assist from the four of them in the first six gameweeks

      the fact you have 5 7m attackers is a horror show

      at the very least, downgrade one and upgrade another imo

        Yes, happen to me too, have Zaha and Willian start last season, then Zaha -> Ramsey. Ended with early Wc.

        Kun v HUD in GW2 is strong captaincy potential and he could well go bananas quite frankly

        could shoot owners/cappers up the rankings

      Auba & KDB is the answer.

      You get the best of both worlds. De Bruyne will score more points than Aguero once again.

        I would be very surprised if De Bruyne outscored Aguero in the first few weeks of the season. Maybe De Bruyne is better for a dead team, but starting the season with Aguero looks better to me.

            If we had to choose one for the whole season, I would agree. But for the beginning of the season, Aguero is likely to smash De Bruyne as opposed to the other way around.

              Only if De Bruyne is rested in GW1 (Which nobody knows for sure yet) - He's such an important player and Arsenal is a big game.
