Does drop in Kane’s numbers affect FPL credentials for Gameweek 8?

Harry Kane (£12.5m) is already the runaway leader of our Gameweek 8 captain poll, but do those currently not in possession of the Spurs forward need to sign him?

That is the big question on the minds of many Fantasy Premier League managers this week, especially with Liverpool and Manchester City options potentially cancelling each other out.

We’ve gone over some of Kane’s numbers from the first seven Gameweeks and compared them with how he was faring 12 months ago, to see if it’s worth selling the likes of Sergio Aguero (£11.4m) or Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) to get him in.

      Yeah especially in the tougher matches. Would say it’ll be a midfield of Dilva, Bilva and Fernandinho until KDB comes back. (Which looks to be pretty soon) once his back I think Dilva’s minutes will be managed again

      I would do it. I shipped Salah out for Haz and it funded Kane (C) too.

      I was in the same boat as you with triple Liverpool and I paid for sitting on my hands waiting for Salah and Mane to haul with Haz hitting double digits every week.

          Hazard will be the popular one out of those, but i would never captain him away from home. my other rule is never captain a defender .. so if i was in your shoe's i would probably go Salah too ...you can just see him scoring a brace when nobody is expecting it

    Arnie or Vardy?

    I feel like Arnie is always a risk of being injured but when on field, he performs.

    Vardy has great long term fixtures but I'm not sure if he is worth the extra cash.
