With an injury to Harry Kane (£12.6m) and Mohamed Salah (£13.2m) still not really cutting it, there’s an opportunity to go for some truly pragmatic picks in this position between now and the end of the season.

    I think I might go for Mendy as my City option. Expect he'll play against Palace and then I'll bench him for a better option in 35 anyway. Back in for 36.

    Too hard trying to pinpoint a Spurs defender that will play and 2 Brighton is enough for me.

    Am I missing some obvious reason why Hazard is barely being considered by many on their WC?

    His recent form is great, he's second for points overall, he's on target to have his best fantasy season ever and he's being rested in Europe which is something that can't be said for any of the other premium midfielders. Especially with Kane out and some viable budget forward options, Hazard looks like a good option despite a couple of tricky fixtures.

      Triple Brighton is off template, most going for double. Yoahida off template, rest looks quite standard although I dont think most have the money for Aguero + Sterling and the other strong mids so that will be off template too I'd imagine

      So torn between them but ultimately we only have 4FT's left after this week and I don't want to spend one replacing a 6m defender who isn't nailed and starting so will probably settle for Laporte. I have Erikson/Son and Sterling, no Aguero, so makes it a nice double up on TOT and MCI for me
