Who is a better pick, Son or Maddison?

Assumed Son would be a no brainer but seeing he didn't have a single shot?

Not sure. Would like to see spurs clicking again with son and Maddy back. Richarlison central may dent son's appeal imo.

      Maddison for the value

Fielded 8 DGW players (would of been 9 if TAA didn't get injured)

Also used my Triple Captain and took zero hits and yet still find myself on a red arrow.

Been playing for a decade and I don't think I've ever experienced such horrific variance

There were some great single game options this week, such as Gross, Solanke, Saka etc that should be in every team, I hope you had them too to help things along.

With the exception of Toney, I couldn't see beyond Liverpool and City though as players I would want.

Solanke scored well, highly debatable that he was a great option beforehand.

I think Newcastle conceded 18 goals in the previous 7 games, including conceding against Forest and Luton in two games each.

Newcastle is a defence to target and Solanke is on fire this season ... a no brainer to hold and start him ... imho

    Areola
    Ake Estupinan Lamptey Saliba
    Saka Foden Gordon
    Haaland Watkins

    Dubravka Jota Darwin Palmer Porro

    1FT, 3.4itb

10 BGW players, although Estupinan and Lamptey are subject to rotation…

    1. Jota >> Hwang / Gross / Luiz
    2. Darwin >> Solanke
    3. 1+2 [-4]

    Thanks!

I think the Solanke move can wait, so I'd say move Jota and his impressive head skills to Hwang for free

Why would you contemplate Luiz, he blanks, plays City in 28 and most likely blanks again.

Hwang is a good short term option or long term if you are looking to hold through the potential blank 29, or you can prepare for GW29 if you are not playing your FH and go for a West Ham or Villa midfielder.

Sir your statement is contradictory, you told me not to get Luiz but then finish with that I should consider a Villa midfielder

Probably attitude or performance issues, but I haven't heard any leaks from the Brighton camp

    Wanna see a bench headache?

    Neto Kelleher
    Trent Trippier Gabriel Doughty Van.Hecke
    KDB Saka Foden Richarlison Palmer
    Haaland Toney Solanke

    GW26: Trent > Reguilon
    GW27: KDB > Salah

Benching that eighth attacker from GW27 onwards will be nuts

Oh yeah. GW28: Van Hecke to Senesi, but that's not what you're here to see 😀

I'm almost 2 mil short of that! Really like the team. Would probably lose Trippier to fund it. But then like you say...massive benching headache with the front 8. Any one of them could haul against anyone! Nice problem to have I guess.

Or I could keep Trent and sell Foden instead, with 2 FTs in GW27: KDB + Foden > Salah + Hudson-Odoi

Problem is, it gets harder by the week to justify holding Trent

    Dubravka Turner
    Maguire Gabriel Pau Taylor Porro*
    Saka Foden KDB Jota* Palmer*
    Watkins Haaland Archer

1 FT 0.3 ITB. How are these moves?

Which transfer should I prioritise this GW?
    A) Porro > Senesi
    B) Jota > Neto / Garnacho
    C) Both for -4

    GW27: KDB > Salah + the transfer I don't make this GW for -4

Im going Cunha and jota to hwang (possibly) and Solanke for -4. I’ll have Taylor on the bench to cover Estupinan who will inevitably get 16 mins if he doesn’t start anyway but probably the same as Taylor if he does

I have enough transfer to be able to change 1 player per week to get a full 11 out in 29.

Would you bring in Pau Torres this week and just be done with it? Or bring in Saliba until GW29? If I bring in Saliba, this would mean a -4 to take him out later on to get a full 11 out for GW29 (subject to Chelsea progressing)
