Yes i really like to FH in 38 so thats a viable plan

Only 4 safe doublers in 34 - white gab saka Salah
I'd FH34 and get 11 which will gain you more than TC Salah.
Use all free transfers ( 5 I think) plus maybe a hit or 2 to get in nailed dgw37 players and BB37. Prioritise selling players who won't get 70-90 minutes Bradleu prob Kelleher Lewis and probably aim for at least 6 and ideally 8 doubling attackers starting with Kudus and prob Muniz.
TC Son or Palmer in DGW35/36 (whichever it ends up being) or pick a week with a tasty fixture for Salah Hasland Son. This week Salah Vs SHU would have been ok.Haaland plays Luton GW33 for example.

Fulham are better at home but a TC on Salah playing there on Sunday afternoon and at Everton on Wednesday evening would be pretty appealing.

      That way BB37 and FH38.

They've had 4 clean sheets in 7, conceding 3 goals (1 each to Chelsea, Liverpool, United).

City will tighten up with the end of the season looming and have already shown that.

Not really sure why I am considering a GW34 BB over a 37 BB maybe it’s because I can get to the team below with no hits for 34.
Any feedback on which might be the better BB week and why? Either way WC in 35. No FH left. 13 dgwers, Foden and Palmer

    Henderson Neto

    VVD Gabriel Saliba Alt-Nouri Zabarnyi

Very strong starting team but not sure about the bench, double Bournemouth defence (avl-wol), Foden (bha) and Palmer (ars). Would have to weigh that up with your 37 bench

  11. Bob B

    WC team:

    Ederson Petrovic
Porro Akanji Burn VDV - Van Hecke or Gusto
    Palmer Salah Saka Son Garnacho
Haaland Isak - Jackson or Solanke or Hojlund

Undecided on Gusto or Jackson as third Chelsea, depending on yellow card situation.

Would you have Foden over any of the midfielders?
and if yes, do you drop Ederson or City defender?

    Maddison
Should I keep him for NFO (H)?

I didn't watch the game last night, so not sure how was he. But Spurs seem not firing at the moment.

Plan is FH34, so it's not difficult to keep him through BGW34 of Spurs.

But Ben said DGW36 are more likely than DGW35 for Spurs. That reduce the benefit of keeping him.

I would say your BB is Henderson, Burn, Eze, Cunha ... which is ok as a BB and well worth it.

It's bit of a dead ended squad though, so not sure I would want the transfer process of arriving at that team just for a BB though, if not playing a WC to get out of it.

By and large holding onto expensive injured players doesn't make sense.

A fit Watkins could do well home to Brentford and maybe even at Arsenal but you're probably better off putting the £££ on the pitch.

      Especially with a free transfer.

      1. Silecro
        • 6 Years

I should have mentioned my chip plans. Dead-ending to gw34, WC35, BB37. Meaning I am focusing into bringing DGW34 players with freebies, and Watkins can only go for Mateta or Cunha (I think)..already tripled on Liverpool

Yeah, fair enough you can ride with that ...

Might even get an edge with Watkins against Brentford and MacA is great cover.

Unless Cunha shows signs of life I'd probably play into the Palace home fixtures, there's likely choices up front tho.

I just noticed my entire starting 11 this week are playing at home.

Don't think I have ever had that before.

Anyone else with 11 home starters this week on here ? Or in the past ?

It does help, but you might want to look at next weekend now!

I've got 9 at home this week.

Just RAN and Son on the road.

Yes, I have 10 away from home next week, thankfully they are against Luton, Brighton, Palace, Sheffield Utd & Utd where goals and clean sheets may well be possible for my team ... so not places that will put fear in to the hearts of Bournemouth, Arsenal, City, Chelsea & Liverpool players.

    2ft and 0.3itb.

    Petrovic
    Saliba Ait-Nouri Porro
    Salah Saka Son Palmer
    Haaland Solanke Isak

    Kelleher; Garnacho, Gusto*, Lascelles*

If no new injuries before next deadline should I just Porro -> Udogie and get some money in the bank to help upgrade Lascelles and Kelleher later? Also thinking if I should just bench boost in 33 since bench could look really decent there to get it out of the way and fully focus on the starting 11.

If BB34 is genuinely in play it's a good consideration.

Being so close to two opportunities for BB into a double does feel like passing up that opportunity now.

      Don't Spurs blank soon ?

Not sure with this 'get it out of the way' concept. It's a chip to be maximised.

I would always plan and BB in a double, if possible.

Spurs blank but I can FH then. BB is such an overrated chip imo since you basically need to plan for it many weeks in advance and usually it only gets you like 15-20 points which you could have gotten anyway if you made optimal transfers for your starting 11 instead of bench players.

FH for one blank game ?

I normally just make sure my bench is half decent. I will not BB in 34 but will likely have Neto, Morris, Doughty and Palmer on my bench ... no planning really just a hangover from the last double.

Sounds like you have made up your mind, so god luck with whatever you decide 🙂

Does this not feel like the game Saka gets a rest? Easiest of the games in the run in left to play. Is fresh for Saturday and then CL v Bayern.

Bring him on for 30 if Arsenal need something. Don’t see how Arteta doesn’t consider this.

He'll consider everything but he'll also likely consider winning the Premier League to be his main challenge and star boy Saka starts ... to press home any advantage.

They need to catch Liverpool anyhow.

Who knows, but you don't win titles by not starting your best players ... get 2-0 up than make changes for sure, but do the hard yards first.

Didn't Saka have a rest over the IB though ?

Didn't Arteta say he was fatigued because he hadn't trained before the City game due to a niggle but was fine for Luton and should start ?

Trippier punt didn’t work out as planned.

    Petrovic (Dubravka)
    Porro, Saliba, Bradley (Trippier, Gusto)
    Salah, Son, Saka, Foden, Palmer
    Haaland, Isak (Muniz)

    Currently have 2FT Bank £0.0

Thoughts going forward please with only FH and TC left
