Members Area Upgraded

Earlier today we upgraded the Members Area to the new site template, giving everything a facelift as we rolled out the ICT Scout Index – our Fantasy Football Player Index.

We will make a detailed post on the ICT index later this evening, although if you want some early insight into how this works you can refer to this earlier post which explains the basics.

Members can currently view Top 10’s for Influence, Creativity and Threat, plus the Index score, from last season via their new Members dashboard in the Members Area. Full ICT Index scores can then be gathered via the Player Stats > Fantasy Index tables. You can view these tables by position or for all players.

Much more on this to come later.

We are working to roll out the new site template to the main site. We’re currently still optimising the new design and will look to carry out further tests in the next week before announcing a release date.

      I'd go Lescott and hughes Chris if I were you. That said I went with kompany and hughes myself (along with Orr, baines, enrique). Hughes had great returns last year. played all matches if i remember correctly, if not it was 37 matches, and I think he had something like 12-14 clean sheets.

    Think I've settled on my side, pretty disappointed with myself though as I started out with manic ideas like three massive strikers etc and have ended up with a pretty generic team. Bah.
    I just couldn't look at my side with four 4.0 defenders.

        Well I thought three big hitters would be the way to go to suss out the new bap system, if it didn't work then a quick wildcard could be used.
        Now I'm worried that the 4.0 defenders are pretty heavily owned (Simpson, De Laet etc) so if they turn a couple of bad performances early doors then their price could drop sharply meaning I'd be hamstrung for cash.

      Young is the season keeper for mine. Nani will play Saturday and probably score but will rotate with Valencia this year, whereas Young will find a slot left wing or off Rooney and play every game

      Looking Good but maybe down grade given to a cheap GK and then improve your defence because fulham have got A* fixtures for the first 3 or four games so you wouldnt need to bring in your sub goalie.

      Only because of the clean sheet, yes...tends to be a priority with defenders. Goals are unreliable and hard to forecast, whereas City are going to keep a certain amount of clean sheets and at 6.0 playing every game if he's fit, he's good value.

      agreed as I have Lescott...look at the stats from last year and if I recall correctly, Kompany has less BP per game, more bookings and OK more minutes but less of a goal threat IMO

        Lescott started 2 seasons ago at 7m, so he is even better value in a better defence.

      Very risky. Has to contend with Barton (when playing RM instead of RW), Ben Arfa (when fit), Marveaux, Jonas.
      Could get a game, but very risky FPL pick at this stage. One for the watchlist maybe.

          I would advise to not include him at this stage. Far too much confusion.
          I've took a little gamble on Cabaye instead, pity there is injury doubt about Ben Arfa or he would be straight in and save me 0.5.
