A chilly Saturday afternoon greets the start of Gameweek nine, as twelve Premier League sides do battle once more. The Dugout Discussion opens it’s doors, in time for the early kick-off at Villa Park between Aston Villa and Norwich City. The team news is in, and is as follows…

Villa XI: Guzan, Lowton, Vlaar, Bennett, El Ahmadi, Delph, Herd, Albrighton, Holman, Agbonlahor, Benteke.

Norwich XI: Ruddy, R. Martin, Bassong, Turner, Garrido, Johnson, Tettey, E. Bennett, Pilkington, Hoolahan, Holt.

Paul Lambert makes three changes to his team, as he seeks victory over his former employers. Christian Benteke, Marc Albrighton and Chris Herd come in, with Darren Bent, Stephen Ireland and Nathan Baker making way.

After his sides impressive victory over Arsenal last week, Chris Hughton names the same starting eleven that earned those three points.

We’ve then got dose of four 3p.m. games, before the Champions see us out this evening against Swansea. The Dugout Discussion chatroom is open and can be accessed right here.

    If I knew that Sagna and Wilshere were definitely starting today, I would've given Cazorla the armband! I guess such gambles are what separates the FFS greats from the also rans..

        I was asking if Wilshere was going to start and if his presence would affect Cazorla's point output all week, but not many replies. I captained Tevez instead, so cue him to come on for 10 minutes and get a 1!!

          Tevez will do fine. I talked to an Arsenal fan at the beginning of the season and she said she expected Cazorla to be most productive with his return 😀

            I hope so. It's just a bit upsetting to see the one you have given the armband not get anything, then the one that was considered, gets the lion's share haha!! It's early days yet, and anyway, such decisions are what makes this game so playable, and great when it pays off.

            Good points, but I personally just dont like mata, would rather get Oscar or Hazard. Id maybe keep that cash in the bench for another moment to invest. Get someone cheap like: Walters, Morrison, Hoilett/Taarabt or HBA if you dont have Ba

              would probably swap yaya for HBA but then ive got 1.6 sitting in the bank and not sure what to do with it. and im also shaky on the HBA idea, he just doesnt seem too solid for me, like there's better for less

                I personally like the lesser options too, would only consider HBA if I did not have Ba(who I think is a must have) I will make a move for one of the 4 I mentioned. Currently leaning towards Morison or Walters. Unless I see something brilliant from the QPR guys today
