I dont really get this dgw hype with people stacking up _defensively_. I mean, Arsenal have ugly fixtures coming up and one of the games of the double is at the Bridge. West Ham are leaking for fun and will get hammered in one of their dgw matches. I guess its worth a punt as it is right before the wildcard, but I personally prefer Davies over i.e. OBrien even if it is a short term move.

You'd still want a Gunners defender after the DGW.

      Check fixtures 24-27.

Stacking up on WHU defense is crazy though. They will get blasted at the Emirates.

True true. What I'm saying is people shouldn't go crazy taking hits to overload on DGW players, especially WHU assets.

All this talk of getting in players like Carlton Cole and Matt Jarvis is batsh!t crazy.

I've already got Szczesny and Demel...think I'll get O'Brien too for the injured(?) Enrique. West Ham may get smashed vs. Arsenal but QPR should hopefully be a clean sheet.

        my team looks like this

        bego
        caulker,nelsen,obrien,hughes(stam)
        mata,walcott,punch(bale,britton)
        rvp suarez aguero

So I’m trying to prepare for the DGW since I don’t want to play my WC until after.
    Next 3 moves planned:
    21: Enrique to O’Brien
    22: save
    23: Silva/Pienaar to Walcott/Nolan

Gives me 6 DGWers and will still have 2.5-3.0 extra in the bank for my WC. A bit of a worry to not have Bale vs. QPR but oh well.

Seem like a solid plan? (team in link)

Billy Jones (WBA) is a good option as well. At 4.4 - granted 0.2 more than Davies

WBA is joint best defensive home record with Stoke. 7 conceded in 10 games.

Wait to hear Ba transfer news.

If still (temporarily) at Newcastle, he probably won't play because he won't be in the mindset.
He may not make the Chelsea team sheet in time for QPR if the transfer does goes through.

Who you thinking of getting of rid of for Fellaini?

    Jaask, (Bergovic),

    Walcott, Mata, Michu, Puncheon, (Bale),
RVP, Berba, Aguero. (1 FT, 0.2m in the bank)

I want to get Fellaini in for Puncheon but need to to do
Aguero > ?????? to fund Puncheon > Fellaini. Thinking Podolski with DGW in mind.

Why do people like Davies for a short term punt?

Billy Jones (WBA) is a good option as well. At 4.4 – granted 0.2 more than Davies

you just missed out on your chance! :(. we had a season going gw 1-19 and then opened registration and accepted applications to draft in 18 new managers for season 2 going gw 20-38.

slight chance you could get selected by the council for europa/CL but those spots will be very tightly contested for. if not then you can join next season

              nice! congrats mate.

I had the second highest score in la liga but gut unlucky with the draw. if i'd played anyone else i wouldda won. and if i'd captained suarez or walcott or played marveaux i believe i wouldda won too

It's strange when you look at stats out of context. Giroud and Le Fondre have scored as many goals in home games as Suarez has (5). If you'd stumbled across this info you'd maybe get the impression that Giroud, for example, is having quite a decent season. Then you look at away goals and Suarez blitzes him.

It's perhaps not of context though if you're looking at one for a good run of home games, assured starting place aside. I mean why else would you be looking at only home games?
