Everyone says "Bale over Fellaini, it's obvious". I don't find it obvious. Why do we think Bale (qpr, MUN) is SURE to score more than Fellaini (SWA, sou) in the next two weeks? I'm seriously asking, not arguing.

Remember the Swansea v Everton fixture earlier this season? I'm not saying it will go the same way but Fellaini could have had a huge score in that one. I've clicked on Play Wildcard. Does that mean that my players are safe from any price rises/falls and I don't need to confirm the transfers until 12th Jan?
Ta muchly.Open Controlsi don't think so. You only own a player once you confirm him in. But since you have a WC, you can keep on confirming them in and out every day and make some profit

Open ControlsYou need to confirm the transfers you make as you go. The players that are currently confirmed and in your active squad will continue to attract price rises and falls in the normal way. You can catch (Ba) for example, let him raise by 0.2, then sell him to make profit of 0.1. Effectively 'Playing the market'. Do not caught up too much in Team Value (TV) tho. Keep the players you want to keep, as it will cost you more if you want to get him back at the end of the WC window

I've currently got 1 Chelsea (Torres), 2 Southampton (Fonte, Punch), 2 Arsenal (Gibbs, Walcott) and 1 West Ham (O'Brien).
I'd have to take a -8 hit just to bring in Mata unless I got rid of Bale, which I don't fancy doing.
