Ryan Giggs, Tom Jones, Terry Griffiths, the guy in the Apprentice with the eyebrows. These are the legends that Wales has brought us in recent years but, come the weekend, we might just find that Fantasy football unearths another. Tonight’s final episode of the campaign is a very special one as Jonty crashes the party with a special guest – a Welshman that most of us have been looking up to all season.

We chat to the FPL title challenger in the “Full Jonty” after we discuss the perils of the final day fixtures, check in on a much improved Professor, question the transfer trading in “All Aboard” and preview Sunday’s season farewell.

Thanks to all who have listened in on this nonsense this term – here’s to another campaign in a few months and step closer to catching Last of the Summer wine.

      That defense is fine, clichy should keep a cs, baines is a hero, and Swansea (althought he obviously might not play) are playing Fulham, it's not going to be the scout picks defense but it should do well ish.

      I just don't see why laudoup would bench Davies, he has has such a good season and it's the last game a time to celebrates the achievement of the team.

      Similarly I don't see de gea not starting.

    I am looking at my team and thinking should I just risk hazard with Maloney first sub?

    Which will then allow me to get in a Liverpool defender for either luiz/Harte depending on who I pick?

      Well he's top of the captain poll, not sure that qualifies as living on the edge....

      Moving on as to who to bring in, it depend who you would rather have on your bench, cabaye or Defoe?

      After making that decision I would pick Carroll over Gabby as I think villa will breath a sigh of relief and with no benteke lose the main cog in there attack. (If you lose Defoe)

      And if you want to lose cabaye then it's up to you both are great options, if you are captaining sturge then you might want to think about putting all your eggs in one basket if you get coutinho. Personally, I am doing it, but I would advice people to spread the risk and pick Michu.

    Hart, Maloney and Kone really really were the proper choice and made A MASSIVE difference in recent weeks

    Just a shame I never invested... Lost a few places and a good league without them chaps

      Agree with Hart but Kone not done a lot since I got him (GW35) and Maloney has been great just spent much too much time on my bench scoring points while Kone blanks

          I am having double thoughts about benching Maloney... I think the obvious move for you is to spread the risk and get either de Guzman or Nolan for Fellini, I don't fancy downing as he probably won't play 90 minutes with shelvey, borini an sterling on the bench when look at there attacking and midfield options, Sturridge coutinho Henderson (because of Gerard injury) an Lucas all seem more nailed on. My thinking is that if Rodgers was to sub someone it will be either downing or whoever else is playing on the other wing.

          If you can afford it (selling price being the variable) have you thought about Sagna demel? Don't sell Enrique or zab

            do you think Sagna > Demel is a trade up? I can see Arsenal grinding out the result they need 1/2 - 0 and Sagna comes with more up-side (recent Demel exploits aside)

            Fellaini > De Guzman / Nolan feels like an improvement (and certainly is according to RMT which currently recommends benching Fellaini over Maloney)

              I replied and it didn't come up..

              Short version, I would advice against any of the names we have mentioned. Hernandez has the best form with around 2 assists since gw , Nolan is one goal since gw 25!

              I think unless you do Sagna demel, which I agree may well be counter productive, your giving yourself a benching headache. I would pick one of downing/Henderson as replacement, but this would mean I would think twice about captaining sturge if that was your idea as a poor Liverpool result and your gw is effectively over.

                Actually will be captaining Bale, in good form, home to Sunderland, player of the year, Spurs need to win, there has never been another option in my mind

    All this talk of Carragher is getting to me. I have 3 playable defenders (JE Vert O'Brien), so why am I tempted? The last week of the year... clean sheets are even less likely and predictable than normal.

    So forgetting defenders for a moment, what to do with this front 8:
    Hazard Mata Bale Walcott Fellaini
    Kone Aguero Sturridge

    A: Kone to Carroll
    B: Fellaini to Coutinho
    Any other ideas?

    Regardless, I'm waiting for news on Hazard and Aguero before doing anything...

            I'm never sure what is worse... getting one's hopes up only to have them crushed, or seeing your team get completely demolished. Habs fan here... At least Toronto's playoff experience had more than a few positives to it...

    Went with Nolan over Coutinho... gut call.
