I would get Shelvey before the changes if I could be reasonably confident he would start GW15 and GW16. I still can't quite see how he will do it though, because he has an away Europa game in Switzerland sandwiched between the two and Swansea need a point to qualify - he's been used in all Europa games he's been available for (missed one for family reasons).
If he manages to play all three he will have started 5 games in 14 days:

GL mate, won't be much between Rooney and Hazard for the rest of the season, but in an either or scenario Haz is probably the right option - there are better options at CF than in midfield as a general rule.
