Is there really room for emotion and sentiment in Fantasy Football management? This week’s episode questions whether the detached, cold and almost robotic approach is the way to go. Of course, Granville and I already know the answer, leaving us to curse our sensitive sides. Ironically, this realisation comes after a weekend when, not for the first time, Aleks Kolarov almost reduced me to tears.

The pair of us manage to restore a stiff upper lip long enough to rinse through further double Gameweek debate, chew the fat over the belated Luis Suarez assist and take on another selection of posers from you, the listener. There’s “all aboard” the weekend preview and the latest in my battle with the ScoutCast XI. It’s beating me again. Without a player from the top four. Is it any wonder I’m an emotional wreck?

          the strange thing is that when I put the bet on them to qualify I thought they only got beat 1-0 in the 1st leg. started watching the game and thought "crap" when I seen it was 2 down from the 1st leg, lol. message to self.... Pay more attention. ha ha

    every transfer I have made in the weeks leading up to the big DGW has been rubbish. Including the three I just made. Mirallas......Mata.......no Citeh.........everything on paper points toward RED ARROW NIGHTMARE.

    So that's exactly why I feel like things might go well. Every time I think I have it perfect, it goes pants.

        Why Doos? I had to get some City for the dgw and can't really look past Yaya and Silva. Had Silva from before as well. Will get rid of him after the dgw for Hazard.

        Nolan is there because of budget constraints. Otherwise I'd have got Cazorla.

        Getting Hazard back in gw 32. He's only out for this gw.

        I probably should play Azpilicueta but I think Mourinho has to go for the win in that game as a draw would mean City and Liverpool gaining groud. Ramires out is a factor as well. Leaving that decision till Saturday morning.
