I'd be tempted by the hit. Henderson not v good when Gerrard plays and if he blanks you just need one assist in 180 mins from your Sunderland player
If henderson blanks then I will need one assist to break even.
Henderson plays 90 mins + cs = 3 points
gomez plays 180 mins + 1 assist = 7 points
with the hit it will be even (7 - 4 = 3) which inclines me to not take the hit.
I have Henderson and I doubt I will swap him to a Sunderland mid for a hit.

I haven't been paying attention to the situation with him, Debuchy and Chambers - who is fit etc. Bellerin may be a great pick, but I haven't studied it so I can't offer advice. I knew I could afford Koscielny so I didn't need to look elsewhere on the Arsenal back line.

Hi TM, I think I do this week, he has Ramsey to my Ozil which scares me but I fancy my Kane to his Benteke plus I've made quite a bold move and brought in a mid that I'm hoping will have a huge week.

Quite possible that the United game could be tight with minimal Arsenal attacking returns, could be a 0-0.
Can see an Arsenal cleanse vs. Sunderland if Sunderland beat Leicester and are safe (which imo is likely to happen). Game at OT will likely be a 1-1 or 2-1 result. Can't see an Arsenal clean sheet there. I would go Ramsey.
