New Season Memberships Now Available

Fantasy Football Scout memberships for 2015/16 are now available for the pre-season price of just £12.50.

Last season’s memberships expired back on Monday June 1 but you can now renew to get access to the members area.

Existing registered users can upgrade via this link. New users, who are yet to get a registered account, can sign up via this link.

Payments can be made through Paypal or via Stripe using debit or credit cards.

For the second season running, we’re very proud to have helped the Fantasy Premier League champion to the crown. This season’s winner, Simon March, aka “Dufflinks” was a full member of the site – as was Tom Fenley the season before. We hope that our members area goes on aiding FPL managers and will be hoping for a third champion from the 2015/16 season.

If you’re new to the benefits of Fantasy Football Scout membership, you can get full details, along with a series of movies previewing the content, via this page.

We’re hugely grateful for the support shown by our members each season. This has enabled us to maintain the site, grow our team and develop further.

We currently have a full responsive design in development which we are looking to roll out before the start of the new season, while we’re also currently working on the latest feature for members and a revised season ticker tool. Again, we’re looking to have both available prior to the new season and we’ll bring you more on those in the coming weeks.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the members area, then please feel free to drop me a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I imagine only psychopaths still use floppy disks.

I am guessing you're using Windows 7. If yes,, Just copy the .exe files of the games and keep it saved on your non-operating system partition. Later, those exe files should work directly.

I'm sticking with Windows 7. I thought about downloading this for free but the problem is, if you ever want to reinstall windows you'll have to either buy a copy of Win10 or revert to your old version. It might be free, but you don't get a disc with it.

Microsoft Software Assurance (SA) is a Microsoft maintenance program aimed at business users who use Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other server and desktop applications. The core premise behind SA is to give users the ability to spread payments over several years, while offering "free" upgrades to newer versions during that time period.

    Here's mine:

    Begovic
    Terry Jones Debuchy
    Siggy Rambo Mata Hazard

    Did well: Midfield balance.

      Mutch Fabregas Yaya Sterling

      Myhill Long Hutton Albrighton

Did well: getting Fabregas in from the off
Didn't do well: Trying to get too many punts at once, 442, unbalance

      My GW1 team:

      Foster (1)
      Chester (15) Moore (0) Ferdinand (3)
      Silva (9) Mata (2) Hazard (2) Siggy (13)
      Rooney (7) Jovetic (2) Sturridge (6) [12 as captain]

      Bench: Krul (2), Albrighton (0), Huth (0), Naylor (1)

      Scored: 66
      GW rank: 125,177

Did well: Chester and Siggy early differentials, (c) worked out somewhat
Didn't do well: Bench was rotten and Mata/ Haz/ Jove blanks were disappointing

      Siggy, Ramsey,Sterling,Mata
      Rooney, Costa, Dzeko

      Myhill, Bruce, Albrighton,Clyne

Did well: quite everything, especially with mids and forwards with 5 goals and 3 assists, Kolarov 😀

Didn't do well: benched Clyne and started with Albrighton who ate up some of my TV in next 4-5 weeks

      Terry, Caulker, Moore

      Siggy, Rambo, Mata, Hazard,

      Rooney (c), Costa, Austin

      Gilks, Marney, Clyne, Naylor

Did well: Clyne and Naylor were excellent picks, though Clyne trolled me that week, and sticking to my guns on Austin (damn that missed pen)

Didn't do well: Caulker, what the hell was I thinking (I did get his only goal though) Moore, Leicester were getting hammered and he wasn't very attacking

Not sure what the acronym stands for but basically ICT measures key areas on stats, so a team/player with a high ICT threat means they have a high chance of scoring, creatvity = assists etc.

In a nutshell, the ICT index helps to make our statistics easier to digest. The individual index scores help to measure a player’s importance to their team and to a match (Influence), a player’s likelihood to earn assists (Creativity) and to score goals, or at least get in goalscoring situations (Threat). Index scores are generated on a Gameweek basis and cumulatively over the season for all players.

              ICT = Influence, Creativity, Threat

              *facepalm*

        2. Dr Dream
          • 11 Years
          8 years, 11 months ago

There are four different ones...Creativity and threat are more or less what they say on the tin....Roughly creativity for assist potential and threat for goals (mark explained it to me once but that's more or less what it boils down to)...The influence seems a little less helpful...and the index is a mash up of those...

Interestingly...go on the home page and use the tabs for last season (cumulative)...

Am keen to fit Bojan into my team. Hoping he'll be no more than 6m. He seemed to play behind the striker this season just gone. Hope he's reclassified as a midfielder. Reckon he'll be gold next season.

True. A big grey area, but I'll happily take Alexis and Hazard in midfield.

With the likely cost of Haz, Silva, Alexis et al, lets hope the powers that be give us a little quality at 6.0m. Bojan could rival some of the above if he gets a good run, Stoke keep improving and he keeps penos.

anyhow, I just think that £110m is too little. They bought Bale for £85m and they're not going to really accept less than that, and even if they accept at cost, then that's valuing Varane at only £25m when surely he's worth more than that.

I think you've got the formation right but if Mata didn't want to sit on the Chelsea bench, he isn't going to sit on the United bench? Herrera would surely start too. Good problem to have, though.

I'd prefer Bale on the left personally, but he's worked a treat on the right for Spurs. Would be a top top signing for United nonetheless

and money is money. if Varane does get sold, it would be typical Real behavior to just go buy Otamendi after his standout season

Just watched "An hour to save your life" on BBC2...No matter what most people do with their lives those surgeons make most of us look insignificant...astonishing stuff...

Brilliant week that - was feeling sorry for people who captained Yaya and then he got his hattie. Amazing average of over 100 points. We need a bit more of that free scoring next season to liven things up.

Yes but don't know what to do with it really, does Gerrard leaving really change anything for Henderson apart from being on penalties and captaincy? Did you have something else in mind?

It wouldn't surprise me if Milner takes penalties or even becomes captain for that matter

      1) Wisdom may be an option at RB
      2) You missed a golden opportunity to throw in Borini and how he is garbage
      3) Can is a midfielder, and if he's classified as a defender next season he'll be an almighty bargain, even at 5.5m. I think he's more likely to be a 6m mid.

Probably best for all involved. Didn't seem like he was fitting in too well there. Granted, there wasn't a lot of time for him to do so, but seems about right to me.

Don't know if this got posted - PL prize money (£):

    Chelsea 99m; City 99m; United 97m; Arsenal 97m; Liverpool 93m; Spurs 89m; Soton 83m; Everton 81m; Swansea 81m; Stoke 78m; Newcastle 78m; Palace 77m; WHam 76m; WBA 73m; Leicester 72m; Sunderland 70m; Villa 69m; Hull 66m; Burnley 65m; QPR 65m.

Seems a bit surprising that the gap between 1st and 20th is so small with QPR getting 2/3 of what Chelsea made.

It's strange how many fans think there's "nothing to play for" near the end of seasons when they can still move 1 or 2 places.

Yeah but that doesn't make much difference, the bulk of it isn't performance related.

probably rationalized around the fact that the top teams are getting CL as well whereas the bottom ones are not?

anyhow I like it, it's good for the lower teams so that they don't get lost in the sub-PL divisions forever

I suppose it's an attempt to create a strong league, rather than actual incentive for finishing place. Most of the incentive comes from European spots, and most financial gain is done in the transfer market/sponsorship deals.
