Good Liverpool performance. Makes me think back to the Klopp quote on Fri about how he has met City before with Dortmund and beaten them both times 🙂

Tempted by Coutinho but is Firminio a real option? I am ignorant to him. Will Sturridge's return affect his game time at all?

No reason for Kun to play in CL. They already qualified, if he does then Pelle is a mongrel.

They need top spot, or they'll be embarrassed in the 1st knockout round by a better opponent.

They do not need the top spot since its a draw who they get that topped some other group. So, there is absolutely no need to risk Agu.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are top of their groups... City need to avoid them in the next round, so they need to top their own group. To do that, they'll need goals because Juve will probably score. We need Aguero, no doubt about it IMO.

Well there is a counter argument, if you top the group you get PSG and Atletico Madrid. Its just the luck of the draw, it goes both ways

    - Leicester are the only team to have scored in every prem game this season
-they are top of the league
    -their top scorer is Vardy
-Vardy has just equalled a premier league goal scoring record that's stood for 14 years

    yet, still....
when one poses the question "who shall I get rid of for Agureo"
there comes the response , Vardy

    why?

i'm having a teeny jab at ya :D. i reckon that the people who've sold vardy are way overthinking this and trying to get a jump on his regression, but nothing yet points that way, as far as i'm aware. you gotta ride some bandwagons til the wheels fall off and the axels grind into the dirt

Well most are anticipating aguero will get injured again soon. But that dismantle seem to deter them.

Its gw14 now. Its time to accept that Leicester are a scoring team, irrespective of their opponents. Win, lose. It doesn't matter .in terms of fpl its goals

I watched the Arsenal game and he was very good. He was extremely sharp and best player on the pitch imo. Would be silly to get rid imo as they also have some good fixtures coming. If there's no one else you can downgrade to get Aguero it might be your only option though.

Narrowed it down to 3 options:

        1. Pelle, Mane and Darmian --> Aguero, Stanislas and a 4.4 defender (-8) (most likely Kelly if nailed)

        2. Mané and Darmian --> Coutinho (if fit) and Moreno (-4)

Planning to bench Pelle this week and play him against Villa at home, sell for Aguero after that game

        3. Pelle and Sanchez --> Aguero and Bolasie (-4)

Which of these midfielders would you downgrade to make way for a pelle to Aguero transfer?

        A) Alexis
        B) KDB
        C) Mahrez
        D) Ayew
        E) Coutinho

I only need to make 0.7m. Currently if I sell Ayew, I'd need a midfielder worth 6.3m at most.

Which midfielder would you go for to replace ayew? I have 6.3m to spend and my choices so far are Dele Alli and Y. Bolasie.

        Hello everyone,

need a bit of help here.

        Aguero in for Pelle, that one is obvious. However, I also need to remove KDB for the cash. Because of that, my question is;

Who is the best midfielder for up to £6.5? He needs to have okay fixtures and be a regular in his team for at least 5 games.

Any good suggestions out there? ('',)

I'm in a very similar position to you. Currently from what I've gathered, the options are Dele Alli and Y. Bolasie.

I have also looked at those two. However, I already got Cabbage. So no doubling up on CPL mids. Alli is one of the faves so far.

Lanzini has just caught my eye right now so if you don't want a double up then I'd go for him. He'll be sitting in the number 10 thanks to Payet's injury.

Mind you, moses is also a nice option.

Lanz is on the list as well. Not an easy choice to make. Moses, however, is not a regular in my eyes, as Sakho and Zarate, who also can play the winger, are back on track. So will Valencia be before X-mas. Therefore you should stay away from him, imo.

Before you make your final decision, do let me know what you go for.

I'm guessing it's between Bolasie, Lanzini and Alli.

Much appreciated. Already have Lukaku so I'm gonna leave Deulofeu.

I made my transfers. I went with Lanzini in the end. It's a bit of a punt but if it pulls off it could be a very lucrative one.

The devil inside me made me take the gamble on.

Haha, I just decided on the same guy five minutes ago. I think he will be a regular, so no gamble there. However, it will be interesting to see how much of a goal threat WHU poses when Payet is gone till Feb. A small gamble, but I'm sure he is more than good enough as a rotating fourth midfielder.
